We had high hopes for Barawave as an AI-powered cloud ERP, especially with its promise of intelligent automation and seamless integration. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype.

The system felt clunky and unintuitive during onboarding, with a steep learning curve that our team struggled to overcome. The AI features, which were a key selling point, seemed underdeveloped—predictive analytics and automation didn’t function as advertised, and we often ended up doing tasks manually.

We also experienced frequent lags and downtime, which disrupted operations and created frustration across departments. The CRM module provided limited insight, and personalized marketing recommendations were either too generic or irrelevant. Support was slow to respond, and the knowledge base lacked depth for self-service troubleshooting.

While the platform claims strong integration capabilities, we faced several issues syncing with third-party tools, causing delays and data inconsistencies.

Barawave might have potential with further development, but as it stands now, it feels like an unfinished product being marketed as a fully mature solution. We’ve since moved to another ERP provider with more stability and reliable support.

My experience with Barawave has been positive overall. The platform is user-friendly and has made managing various aspects of my business much easier. The integration of AI into the ERP system has been especially helpful in automating tasks like customer relationship management and project tracking. This has saved me a lot of time and allowed me to focus more on strategic growth rather than getting bogged down by administrative work.

The cloud-based nature of Barawave means I can access everything I need from anywhere, which has been a game-changer for flexibility. I also appreciate how customizable it is—whether it's adjusting workflows or integrating other tools, it adapts well to my business requirements.

While the platform is generally solid, I feel there’s room for improvement in its reporting and analytics features. More detailed, customizable reports would help me make more informed decisions based on the data. But overall, Barawave has significantly improved my operational efficiency, and I’m excited to continue using it as my business grows.
