The experience was below average. There were delays in delivery and communication could have been better. The quality of work was average and did not fully meet my expectations.
We worked with DigiMantra to develop a custom AI app for our team, and we’re honestly really impressed with the result. From the start, the team was super easy to communicate with and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. The app they built is smooth, intuitive, and has already made our work processes much faster and more efficient.
What stood out the most was how responsive and professional the DigiMantra team was throughout the entire process. They kept us updated at every step, and the app was delivered on time without any issues.
I hired Digimantra Labs on Upwork for an AI Rag and Agents PoC project. After 4 weeks they were unable to even show a simple working demo. They assigned just of out college, no experience AI developers and despite me being patient and coaching them, they did not deliver.
Their communication is infrequent, they miss meetings, they make decisions unilaterally on which technologies to use (e.g. using unrecognized Github repos) and take short cuts.
Most of all, they were rude. They told us they will not refund us and completely stopped communicating. I have no way to chase after them because they are in India. Upwork is no help either. The CEO is unhelpful and blames clients. Stay away!
Absolute scam. Hired them to build a PoC for an Agentic AI application and they could not deliver. They quoted the wrong hours, used folks barely out of undergrad (no experience) and completely incapable. No end product.
Communication is terrible - they go silent for days at a time without response (despite multiple follow ups). Their work portfolio is not real - comprises of demo projects.
They have refused to refund for the work they did not deliver. Stay away.
Also someone needs to look into their Google reviews - all positive ones look fake or from employees.

Someone calling themselves “Daisy McKay” sent me a spam email from a burner email address, claiming to have reviewed my website (which doesn’t exist) and with gaps in the spam email template, promoting the services of Digimantra Labs.
The fact that this company has resorted to spam to market their services tells you all you need to know about their professionalism and business ethics.
Don’t encourage spam. Avoid them at all costs.
