I joined the company on 17th and today (19th nov 2025) i took a release from the company. I have not seen such an unprofessional company like this.Starting with on my offer letter aswell on the email i was informed my working time will be 10:00AM to 7:00PM but after i joined i was informed that the time given on the offer letter is not correct and as they have a grace period till 11:00AM i have to come at 10:30AM as the developers come during that time Secondly i was never informed that as i joined after 15th of a month my salary will be on hold and i will get the salary with the next month ie.13 days of nov month plus full month of december will be credited on January 2026. Thirdly on a meeting held i was forced to do job posting from my personal linkedin profile as they don’t want to spend money on any job portals and they even mentioned that if we (Hr)use any job boards that will give an negative impact on my rating aswell. I discussed these issues with my immediate Manager Subhankar Mondal who is a part of the Management and claim to be very professional asked me to adjust as they feel that these things are not important to be discussed before joining. When i reached out to the HR Manager Saheli Saha who is basically not at all knowledgebale to be an HR Manager as her work doesn’t speak that told me that it was a miscommunication. I being an Hr professional knows the difference between miscommunication and no communication. I was given a system which takes time to start and when asked about a phone or a SIM i was informed to call from the reception phone which again i found very unprofessional.I feel these are basic needs for an HR to work even i was given a seat where all my work can be seen by every passing individual which doesnot allow to maintain any privacy. Such an unprofessional company i will not recommend anyone to join. I have supportings emails also where i have highlighted these points to the higher Management of Subhankar Mondal and later on came to know Subhankar has not informed them that these discussions have already happened with him and they had the audacity to lie about it. Request you to join if you are very desperate for job but not if you are looking for a professional enviornment. I have supportings of this claim aswell.

I’ve been working with Weavers Web Solutions since 2020, and after all these years, I can honestly say they are one of the best and most reliable web and digital teams I’ve ever worked with.

They designed and coded my website for my logistics and freight forwarding company, and since then, they’ve continuously updated, improved, and maintained it every month with precision and care.

As a software engineer I was unlucky enough to encounter one of their codebases to maintain it further and I was shocked by how unprofessional and broken everything was. Confidential data was hardcoded into the source code, the code itself was insanely vulnerable and over all they produce things that are unable to ever land anywhere near a production environment. If you need a software product for your company do not bother wasting your money on these people, you will end up paying more for an entire codebase rewrite because whatever you got from them, its not meant to last long.
It's also apparent that a lot of their code is just blindly copy pasted from chat GPT or similar AI services. Please do not do this to your business or your developers.

Run fast! Horrible experience, knowingly built a defective site and never brought to my attention. In addition the site had so my issues and the team failed to test the site to discover them. Stay away and save time and money!

Ajita and her team are outstanding specialists with a broad range of skills to offer. I have had 2 Technical websites built along with post production additions. Each time they make quite sure that the scope of work is well understood and they get on with the job. I have never had to query their ability or what they delivered - its like they just do what we discuss. You get what you want! Seems so simple. Weavers Web Solutions was one of the worst business decisions we ever made. After spending years and tens of thousands of dollars with them, the result was an underwhelming app that barely functioned as intended. Even worse, they refused to give us the source code—effectively holding our own digital property hostage despite full payment.

Their customer service was abysmal, with delays, excuses, and constant scope creep leading to overcharging. After wasting so much time and money, we eventually used AI tools to build a far superior app in a fraction of the time and cost.

We are now pursuing legal recourse to secure our digital assets. This company’s practices are unethical, and their service is a textbook example of why you should be extremely cautious when outsourcing overseas—especially to firms that don’t comply with your country’s laws.

Beware. Save yourself the headache, the lost years, and the wasted money.
