Ordered an item that showed as in stock, no updates from digidash. Constantly sent emails for updates. No product arrived thankfully i paid via paypal who refunded my money.
Stay away not sure what kind of a business they are operating

Due to high demand, your order was a pre-order and we did try to indicate this as clear as possible on our website. However, we do understand this may have been missed.
Unfortunately due to current worldwide supply chain issues our stock did take a little longer than predicted to arrive and we apologise for this. We tried to keep all our customers updated via email and responded to all our customers enquiries within at least one working day, including yourself.
We did ship all pre-orders 2 days after you cancelled your order.

Fantastic company to deal with and fantastic products…received the MMB from digi dash installed within 5 minutes and works flawlessly. Had a couple of questions However they were dealt with promptly by Jordan. Have recommended the product already and will continue to do so.

Fantastic Company and Product
I purchased a Digi Dash and at first, I was a bit apprehensive; I was unsure if all the features that were offered on their website would really be available with no installation however, I was happily proven wrong.
I am not very technical, so therefore I asked for a little assistance and the response from the company was both speedy and informative and really helped me set everything up.
Digi Dash really surpassed my expectations. Thank You!

First USA Customer!!!
I ordered a digidash and was the first person in the USA to get it, as I was told. It worked for three days and now will only go to a black screen after it says "configuring to vehicle".
I emailed the company and have yet to receive a reply and it has been three weeks.
I would like to get the issue resolved, so I will try this review route.
Today is Nov 1, 2021 @ 9PM Oklahoma time!!!
DigiDash please date stamp your reply so we can see how long it takes.
Can I also get the info on how to factory reset the device and make it work again?

Hi Kevin,
In my last correspondence I advised we would need some time to try to resolve the issue. Normally I would suggest returning the unit and we would replace it for you with a new one, however as you are not in the UK and the unit was supplied to you free of charge to test and only to pay if you were happy with it, I am trying to resolve this at no cost or inconvenience to you.
I'm still trying to resolve this remotely but if you require a solution more urgently please return it at your earliest convenience.

asy to set up and works perfectly. Had to contact the seller to ask a couple of a questions and their response was quick and very helpful.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the set up of your Digi Dash.
I understand your disappointment but this problem can easily be resolved, as all vehicles and their infotainment systems vary massively, in some cases Digi Dash may require a few extra steps in order to calibrate to your vehicle, I have emailed you to help guide you through resolving this issue.

I was sceptical to think it would need no installation, the device arrived and plugs straight in to my USB port, no installation!

It's good..
It's good... but a bit of a faff to have to set it up pretty much every time you get in the car. Loses connection A LOT and screen mirroring hasn't worked once. Doesn't find the network and forgets the wifi link (phone hotspot).

Excellent gadget
Excellent service, the delivery was quick and easy. Using the digi dash box is very simple and quick to set up too and having YouTube and Netflix in the car is a great addition for time spent travelling or waiting around in the car. It’s a perfect little add on for everyone’s car.

VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!
I'm extremely impressed with the device and installation process.
No installation needed whatsoever. Just plugged it into my CarPlay's USB port, paired to my phone's hotspot and good to go.
Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, Amazon Prime, GooglePlay all accessible and easy to use.
WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone and think this would be perfect for parents with kids.

Great product, does exactly what it says. Able to stream Netflix, Youtube, Football etc in my car. The box is very small so doesnt take up much space. Definitely recommend

Excellent product !
Excellent product !! Fast delivery and great customer support ! My kids are enjoying the product and no more boredom. Worked straight away on my 2020 Audi Q7. No installation, just pluged it in as per user instructions and away we went.
Will be purchasing another device for my other car,

The digidash was a used one sent to me and I know because someone else's account was registered on Google play and also there is no sound. I have restarted it and still no sound.

We test all our products and their features before shipping, to try and prevent any problems occurring when our customers receive their Digi Dash, unfortunately we must have left our Google account logged in before shipping, and not reset the device. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will do our upmost to prevent this from happening again.
With regards to no sound although this is a rarity, it is quite an easy solution to fix. We have sent you an email directly, to try help resolve this issue.
We will continue to help with any issues you may have with your Digi Dash, however if you are still not happy with your product you can return it for a full refund.
