Best gadget I’ve bought in a long time and it works exactly like it does on the videos. I’m using mine via hotspot which isn’t glitchy or don’t get buffering at all. 10/10 purchase, highly recommend.

Since getting my new car, as a private hire driver. It was important that I stayed sane whilst waiting for jobs. The infotainment digidash offers does just that. After Initial issues setting up(that can vary with different in car set ups)I am in total love with digidash.

Hated this item BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN BUYING FROM THESE GUYS .
Box arrived soon as I opened it ,it has a cheap feel about it very much like a £20 tv box from China available anywhere on the Internet, the software was out dated so Digi Dash sent me a link via email ,which failed to install and crashed ,when it came to me returning the box 3 days later they stated "we only refund if the item is unused as per our terms and conditions " WHAT A JOKE ,so I had to go through PayPal to get a refund and I had to pay for the return postage .
THIS WAS A COMPLETE HEADACHE FROM THE MOMENT I OPENED THE BOX AFTER IT ARRIVED .

If I could have given this zero stars I would have .

Great little piece of kit and have been able to take it from my Karoq 2020 to Karoq 2023 with different entertainment system and connections without issue. Support has always been fantastic from the guys and have not had any issues with it at all thanks!

Had an issue loading DigiDash when we first got it but John was super helpful and polite when we reached out and was easily able to remotely solve the problem which turned out to be nothing more that simple “operator error”. Cracking product - does exactly what it says on the tin…

Just doesnt work. Plugged it in on my isuzu vcross and bmw and neither responded. Thought it may be the phone so i turn the phone off and tried again. Nothing. Will be sending back

I bought this to replace a flawless Carlinkit 3.0. I liked the idea of being able to watch Netflix, TV channels, Youtube etc. I have had this unit around 6 months now and it is very hitty missy. It normally takes a good few minutes for it sort itself out from starting the car. Once it has, sometimes it's fine and works great, other times whilst the radio is playing and I decide to listen to some of the tracks on my phone, I'll click on the 'Play' icon and the counter at the bottom of the screen will start to move, indicating that the song is playing but the radio continues to come out of the speakers. I either have to do a soft reset on my MMI unit or unplug the Digidash and plug it back in. I thought, 'OK, maybe a software update will solve it'. You try finding an update! There is nothing on the website at all for support in this area. All the handbook tells you is to 'Download a copy of the latest Digidash software...' Ok then, WHERE FROM?!
For a snip under £300 this isn't good enough. If I can't get this thing to work properly, I'll be going back to a Carlinkit and hassle free cordless Carplay.

I was sceptical at first because of the price but the 30 day money back guarantee convinced me to try it. I am not disappointed at all. If you know how to use android properly then the possibilities are endless. I am an IOS fan as I hate how slow android can be. But it only took me 15 minutes to understand how to download APK’s (apps) and I was so impressed how fast they system is I got my friends new Samsung s20 to compare, I tethered the digidash off my iPhone 14 and with the 5G it was equally as fast as the S20 and faster with some things.
It is not for everyone at the price point but if you are looking into one and this type of thing interests you then don’t hesitate. If you get the remote version then the box can be taken anywhere and plugged into a smart tv with internet and it will effectively turn the tv into an impressive android phone/tablet IMO. I have tried putting a Data SIM card in and using it standalone and it worked perfectly and the boot up and streaming speeds were great. And with a sim card it is then a built in car phone. My apple car play still works perfectly with Bluetooth though the system with the onscreen app.
There are plenty of videos on YouTube reviewing this product and I myself used them to decide if it was for me. My experience has been so good and easy with the digidash I will buy another one in the future for our new motor home once built.
I definitely recommend this product and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Ordered item for next day delivery and it duly arrived as promised. I had a technical issue which prevented the unit from working but the team at Digi-dash got back to me to try and help - and on a Sunday! So far, so good.

Complete waste of my money. might as well have bough the cheaper alternative. it constantly crash and when my making call on my phone while the digidash is on. the quality is absolutely poor. i just have it left unplug in my car now and just use my car own car play. waste of my money and definitely not value for money

I am very happy with this device. Advise: Let the vehicle boot up all of its electronics completely before connecting the USB cord the FIRST time. DO NOT connect the USB first then start the vehicle during the first time connection to any vehicle. After the initial install you can leave the USB cord connected all the time with no problems on startup. After playing with it for a while I found the interface to be very fast and user friendly. YouTube videos and streaming platforms work great on the vehicles screen while driving as long as your cell signal is good. A lot of buffering happening with 1 bar signal but not the fault of the Digidash. I ordered it late Friday night in the USA and received it within 6 working days. I use the optional remote in both my cars as it is easier to use than the touchscreen or console touchpad especially for a belted front passenger. Be sure to order the option No Touch Screen to get the remote with your DigiDash. The wireless Apple Carplay is flawless and can be automatic or manual. This is the perfect device for the person who rides as a passenger and needs something to keep them busy. I really like that I can use it in any of our vehicles (that have CarPlay). Remember to let the device do a screen size calibration automatically when changing vehicles on first boot up. It just restarts again so don't interfere with that. You will have to sign into your Google account to use the PlayStore for App updates and installs. I highly recommend this device so far.

Received my DigiDash very quickly. Communications from them were excellent throughout the entire process as I had a few questions during the initial purchase.

Plugged it in and it loaded up instantly. Downloaded a few apps onto it via the Play Store and signed into them. Netflix, Prime, etc. The wireless CarPlay and Android Auto function as an add on is a true bonus as this device replaced one I had that just did that (my car only has wired CarPlay as stock)

It works amazing. And connects in seconds! I’ve found latency much lower using the DigiDash Bluetooth for music and calls. This I’ve discovered is typical of all wireless CarPlay adaptors I’ve tried though.

I can’t recommend this product enough if you’re wanting the pinnacle of in car connectivity and media availability. I’ve tried many options and this tops them all.

Got my Plex media server accessible on it now too. Fully synchronised with my account. Amazing for sure. There is so much potential for this thing I don’t know where to stop. Will have to be recommending it to others as it really is a fantastic piece of kit.

Not linked an external HDMI screen to it yet but switched the port on in the settings. So will see what that’s like in due course.

Get one! You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely buzzing with my digi dash!!!

Very happy with the customer service I have received from this company before and after the sale. It was really easy to use & set up, literally took 2 minutes and It was good to go. I bought the Digi Dash for my range rover and it works great. I'm now the coolest Dad at my kids school, my lads absolutely love it.

My wife ordered the product for Father's day, and the product has arrived faulty. (The power seems to go off after a short period of time). Both myself and my wife have tried to contact the company via Facebook, Instagram, Email, and the form on the website and haven't heard anything back. Getting worried now as the product wasn't cheap that we are never going to see this money again.

Great product easy to set up Arrived quickly Customer service brilliant

Great device. Product arrived quickly, packaging high quality, looks and feels great. Unboxed and plugged straight into my cars USB port, literally took seconds to get it working and unlock further features for my cars dash. Now I can steam music videos, watch sport and even entire films! It’s a must have if you’ve got irritable kids, you can stick Netflix on and keep them occupied for longer journeys. Comes with a user manual which is comprehensive, although customer support was very helpful and prompt, pretty much answered all my initial concerns. Would highly recommend this brand.

The Digi Dash unit is a must-buy for your car or van. I would highly recommend this company with recently having a first hand experience with them. I received regular updates from when placing the order and they answered a couple of questions I had very quickly. 100% recommendation.
