Was unable to remove a large splat of bird lime after repeated attempts. Remembered I had Diamondbrite insurance, but expected every excuse under the sun not to help. Couldn’t have been more wrong. They were quick at assess the issue, and they too couldn’t shift it. Thanks to the lovely Gemma I was referred to a bodyshop in good time and the offending marks removed. Impressed with the speed and professionalism of all involved.

I first came across Waterless Wash n' Wax when I changed car. Brilliant product that does exactly what it says on the tin! Decided to invest in a 5 litre pack at a great price that came promptly with no delivery charge.

Superb products that keep the car looking as good as new. I have been using a variety of Diamondbrite products for 10 years now - having had my new cars treated with the full protection by the dealership prior to collection. I have only used the new Graphene Pro-Detailer once so far and it certainly gives a tremendous look to the paintwork... as my neighbour commented.

So i recently got in contact with dimondbrite regarding some stains on my A1 car seats. I had a follow up phone call with Alex pretty soon after to go through how they are going to help me. He arranged a day to come and help me and remove the stains on my seats. Alex has recently come and all of my stains on my seats have gone and they look brand new. He was a lovely man that spoke though what he was going to do and what to do if the stains come back. He also went through the products in my care kit which I was unsure on how to use them. My seats now look brand new and I couldn’t be happier. Thankyou so much for the service you provide and thankyou again for helping me sort my seats and make my car look brand new again!! I ordered a product on Sunday evening for the first time. It was much cheaper anywhere else I looked. It arrived Tuesday morning and delivery was well communicated and exactly on time.
I wrote a query I had on the online form at the same time as ordering, and I got a professional yet friendly response Monday morning given me the information I needed.
My cars have often had Diamondbrite applied but I have never kept it totally cared for. But this changed now, knowing I can get help with any questions I have about the multitude of bottles in the case I was provided with!

Edward from Diamondbrite was really helpful and friendly. Had a scratch on my car, it was fixed and Edward came to reapply the coating. Gave an honest assessment and was able to answer all the queries. Highly recommend diamondbrite as they have a good service.

Got the new graphene polish and got to say very impressed. Easy to apply and buff off . Finish is great .

Had to have diamondbrite out to sort two marks out on my car - From the first phone call diamondbrite have been very efficient and helpful, I had a further phone call from my the local rep (Lawrence) who got me booked in quickly and he came out today he was very professional and friendly, he got to work straight away and sorted out the mark in the paintwork within 20 minutes- very pleased with the result -Highly reccomend

these products are a boon so easy to put on and more importantly just wipe off with a microfiber cloth, when I think back to the ammount of hard graft it took to clean a car years ago (i am close to 75 so plenty of experiance) i could not have envisioned cleaning a car at my age, I can say with honesty we have never had it so good.

Can’t fault any DiamondBrite product but the shine that Graphene Pro Detailing gives is stunning, easy to use & smells surprisingly good.

Bad customer service by this company.
Would not recommend dealing with diamondbrite.
Wasted a lot of time and effort trying to get my order delivered.
Now awaiting a refund.

I ordered the graphite pro detailer it came very quickly. Used it this weekend and found it to de an excellent product. I will be ordering again .

If I could give no stars I would. The ‘lifetime guarantee’ is far from what it says on the tin. They are more than willing to sell it as a product that will protect and then resolve an issue if one ever occurs but the truth is that they just wash their hands of it and refund you the money without even the slightest attempt to resolve it. We have a issue with the paint work on our car where it seems to have flaked and lost the final metallic coat, after months of being brushed off and sent back and forth between the car dealer and diamond bright they are just wanting to refund the money and wash their hands of any aftercare.
Not what they advertise on their website or brochures.

Having had a few cars now with different protection applied, the only one that stands out is Diamondbrite and that has been on two of my cars.

It stands out with its durability, ease of application, final finish look, fair pricing and range of products.

Will never look anywhere else now for our car protection.
