Elliott was a stirling example of courtesy and professionalism. Did a good job of the repair to the bird lime damage to the paint on a panel of the car; he also talked me through the process and described other ways I could look after the paintwork in the long run. Cannot fault Diamondbrite for how they responded to my claim.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have accrued points through recent purchases having spent considerable sums.

I have tried to redeem my points by converting them to a coupon which I wanted to use against a further purchase of product. The coupon was rejected. The website said it could not be used against by basket.
I contacted customer service who sent an impersonal email saying coupons can not used against a summer pack. I had to advise I was not trying to purchase a summer pack. I was then advised it was a mix up!

I was then asked to provide screen shots which I did, however these were not acknowledged until I chased.

By now im feeling the loyalty points are just a scam.

Im now waiting for a web developer to investigate to see why an error exists.

As I much as I understand that I would also expect that the company would manually apply my points/coupon and fulfill my order.

This experience has created a very poor view of this company.

Good products. Used the replenish for many years, great finish on plastics. The synthetic chamois gets better every time you use it, again used this for years too. Diamondbrite kept me informed and delivery was quick.

Had the Diamondbrite Ceramic Coating treatment applied to my new car 2 years ago. Had a recent issue with bird droppings. Contacted the firm under their guarantee. Within days I was contacted by Lawrence who arranged to come and look and deal with the issue. Very impressed with the level of service. They clearly have confidence in their product and provide a first class back up service if needed. Their supplementary cleaning products to maintain the protection are also very good.

Do not get this on your car i will never ever get it on any of my cars again. it a totally wasted of money and as you know its not cheap

Diamondbrite Graphene Pro Detailer:
So far, this is the worst product I have used. Used once, great shine but it rained soon after it was buffed up. No water beading and you seen every streak. In all my time (many years) working in this industry I can honestly say that this is the worst I've tried/used.

I have had Diamondbrite on previous cars and have always been very pleased with the product. I have just changed my car and had Diamondbrite coating put on that and I needed some shampoo and conserver supplies. As well as maintaining the coating, the conserver is excellent for polishing out minor scratches and abrasions. I thought I had found a good deal on a big shopping site but when I looked on Diamondbrite website there was a better offer plus you earnt points aswell to create money off vouchers. The amount of my order meant I had free delivery which was very quick. Inside the package was a voucher with a discount code to use next time. I lost my account password and Nicholas was very helpful in sorting it out for me. Product, price and service highly recommended.

I was given a detailing pack with my car purchase. All the products are superb with excellent cleaning, polishing and protection both inside and Out. W euse Ceramic Shampoo/Snow foam then seal and shine and then the ceramic coating. Car looks like it just left the showroom.

The products easy to apply and leave a perfect finish

Had a mark occur on my car from bird droppings after the diamondbright application. Alex from diamondbright came out to assess this. However the product is so good that pretty much the next day the mark had almost disappeared on its own. Anyway Alex assessed the small remaining mark and within 15 minutes had removed the mark, polished and re sealed the paintwork. Now the area is as good as new.
Highly recommend.

Easy to navigate around the site, full of information about the products, quick to come back and answer queries, delivery as stated.both the ceramic shampoo and graphene pro detailer did what it said on the bottles,only time will tell if the graphene pro detailer lasts up to 6 months. But for now, very pleased with the results.

I've used Express Wash & Wax body work and Ultra Glass for windows for about 5 years now. Both products are excellent. Great delivery service from Diamondbrite too.
