I'm giving 4 star because the call recording feature was compulsory, I wish it was given as a choice to us. However, the call and message features are very smooth and efficient. I've got 5 US numbers for my contact centre and have been using them to the fullest. The customer service team is very helpful and to the point. I wish prosperous feature to the Dialaxy team. I've been using for a quite while for my business as a second number. I got 2 number for Australia and found easy to use. I love most the voice quality and SMS logs. Also, they told multi-level IVR is on the way, which is very interesting. The customer support is very helpful and polite. They're also responsive whenver I had question regarding the Dialaxy service.

The application was very very simple and use. It fulfilled most of my requirement by getting an Australian Number for calls and messaging services. I'm also very pleased with their customer service agent, it was very quick and helpful as well.
