Excellent customer service
The process of acquiring life insurance for my husband, who is diabetic, started out rocky. I went through another agent and as soon as my husband was denied coverage, the agent disappeared and didn’t respond to my contact attempts.
I found Matt with Diabetes Life Solutions and he worked diligently to get my husband coverage. Matt maintained excellent communication throughout the process and I knew I had nothing to worry about. Thank you for making this process easy.

They really took good care of me
After getting declined at other places I googled and found Diabetes Life Solutions. They immediately helped me determined why I was being declined and then found me a company who could approve me really quick. It was a pleasant experience.

The best interaction with Matt!
I contacted Matt while going through a divorce and he helped set up my Life Insurance needs, covered all the basis to make sure if anything happened to me that my kiddos wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Also was able to help me set some of my personal goals for later in life! Would recommend Matt to everyone!

Matt was able to find me a cheap policy…
Matt was able to find me a cheap policy without any bloodwork. I was told by other companies that my rates would be more expensive, and that I would have to do all the blood testing. That was not true as Matt found me the perfect plan without having to do this.

The first thing I noticed about Matt when he answered the phone for me was the fact that he was very happy and delighted that I had called the number and all the way through my experience with him, he just had a overall happy personality. When you talk to people like that on the phone, regardless of what you’re dealing with having to do with insurance or whatever you can’t help but to be as happy as they are, because I felt her spirit. Searching for life insurance as a…
Searching for life insurance as a type-one diabetic was no easy feat. I was turned down by numerous companies going through one of my local brokers. I did some research, and ended up at Diabetes Life Solutions. I was contacted by Matt Schmidt, who walked me through the entire process, every step of the way. He was kind, communicative, and diligent. And he was able to find me a policy! I highly recommend Matt, and Diabetes Life Solutions for any diabetic searching for life insurance. Insurance Co. issues
Recently had problem with insurance co. When trying to get copy of my policy. Called Matt Schmitt who is my agent and he immediately went to work to resolve the problem. He was relentless with the ins. Co in resolving my problem. Kept me in loop and he was able to resolve the problem. Insurance company kept giving me the run around was waiting since October but, Matt was on it and saw to it that I got my copy of my policy.

My wife and I had a great experience…
My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish. We were able to do a three way phone call together and speak as a team which I enjoyed. Then we were given instructions on how to sign up and get a policy. Matt was fantastic with the guidance and follow up communications.

Matt Schmidt was a great communicator and always kept me informed of the processes along the way. Before something was scheduled or sent out, he texted to tell me to expect an email or call, and then told me how to proceed with each step. He made it so easy and without stress to complete the application process.

A Long Journey to Life Insurance
I started working with Matt about two years ago as I was seeking out life insurance. I selected this company based on personal research and the fact I also had diabetes.
Matt helped me navigate a difficult journey through getting life insurance, as I have other medical issues in addition to diabetes that created major road blocks to getting coverage.
We uncovered something incorrect in my medical history, and began the process of getting it corrected with a new Dr. As of today I now have the coverage I was seeking out, and through the difficult and tenuous process, Matt never gave up on me. I appreciate all of his help and can't recommend this company enough for your life insurance needs.

Matt my agent was wonderful. But it was time consuming
Matt my agent was wonderful. He was informative, on top of things and had lots of communication. The medical phone calls did take a lot of time and it was hard for me to find time to do it. It took several times but we got it eventually.
