I needed new coals & grate for my gas fire ordered replacements at Direct heating for them to be delivered next day on the button they came fantastic responce wish the plumber was the same had to wait to have them fitted. Direct Heating very good would use again and recommend thank you

Order not received, No tracking info
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I paid for next-day delivery on an order, yet the item never arrived and no tracking information was ever provided. Despite checking multiple times, there was simply no way to see where the parcel was or what had happened to it.
The item was a Morco air pressure switch, and it was urgently needed for a customer’s caravan. Because of this delay, my customer has been unable to use their caravan, which has caused a lot of inconvenience and understandably left them very unhappy.
To make matters worse, this was the last item in stock, so I couldn’t even source a replacement elsewhere.
Paying extra for next-day delivery should mean exactly that — reliable and trackable service. Unfortunately, this was neither.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this service if your order is time-sensitive.
