Lost a product that is worth 139.99 euro that I tried to return to sender. Glad that I am not sending something that is even more expensive. On top of that, I have paid the delivery costs for it. Delivery address was in Germany, neighboring country with Netherlands and they have managed to lose my parcel, as it still has status "in transit" status for 5 months already. Avoid at all costs, they are not trustworthy.

Ik hield al mijn hart vast, want dhl deed de bezorging. Tijdslot was van 10.00 tot 15.00. Later werd dat 11.10 -13.10. Je raadt het al… 13.10 geen pakketje.
Vanaf 10 uur heb ik gewacht en uiteindelijk om half 2 werd er aangebeld door de bezorger.
Ik kan dit verhaal nog veel langer maken, want het is elke keer wat met DHL.

19 mei zou mijn pakket bezorgd worden nu 23 mei en nog steeds niks. Debiele tracybot die totaal geen oplossing weet. Dan de klantenservice het interesseert ze allemaal niks. En ondertussen is mijn pakje weg nergens te vinden. Begin bijna te denken dat ze het zelf allemaal meenemen. Zoveel onbezorgde pakketten. En zoveel zoek geraakte pakketten. Tja dat zet je wel aan het denken.D.H.L doe je werken bezorg de mensen hun spullen

Ik had wat problemen met een retour pakket van RESTOCKS, waar zij niet veel moeite voor deden met het regelen van het probleem.

Maar na contact opnemen met DHL EXPRESS is alles gelijk goed geregeld. Super service! Heel tevreden!

go to the website, find the number, which takes a person working with IT about HALF AN HOUR, we are not looking for easter eggs we are looking for contact. with customer SERVICE.

call the number. enter the 10 digit code. find that without being able to talk to a living human being, and believe me after 25!! phone calls today i would have settled for a living zombie as well, you always are being kicked out of the phone line, because the 10 digit code DHL THEMSELVES SMSED TO YOU THREE TIMES SINCE THURSDAY does, according to dhl, not exist. you are told to call dhl parcel.

i have a feeling you know what happens if you call dhl parcel which actually lets you talk to human beings but ONLY if you refuse to give your obviously wrong 10 digit code, which they keep asking for at least 16 times of all these 25 conversations, and oh, before i forget, the link that was sent via the sms did not work either, but no living - or dead- or undead person at dhl cares.

they then start telling you you have to speeddial a special number, but speeddialing a number does not mean that they have to speadtalk whilst giving it to a customer who did not dare leave their home in fear of missing out on the parcel, which is something that happens all too often, i will not go into details, i promised, but it is the truth.

so, finally at phonecall number 25 to dhl parcel who cannot help that dhl express does not recognise my number i get to speak to a nice person, who obviously is not dutch, and only for this reason it is two stars, this one person, i think he was from belgium. he did something that all the other people at dhl parcel did not want to do, he put me through to dhl express. because there are living persons there.

by the way, the delivery guys are not to blame. they are mostly kind and do their best.

it is the management and the lousy way they train their customer-service. or they should be honest and say: customer-refusal-desk.

who tell you the following. you have to wait.

Meerdere malen een bericht gekregen "wij hebben u gemist' terwijl ik binnen zit te wachten.
Meerdere malen een klacht ingediend bij DHL.
iedere x sorry; u kunt het de volgende dag ophalen bij het servicepunt.
Waardeloos bedrijf.

Ik vind dit echt een bagger bedrijf maandag werd er bezorgd en dan staat er bezorgmoment niet gelukt ik was extra thuis gebleven .. en nu word er geen update meer gegeven wanneer dhl wel komt bagger

Om de een of andere reden komen pakketten in 50 procent van de gevallen niet op de afgesproken dag. Redenen voor het niet afleveren verschillen van 'niet thuis', 'pakket bezorgd' zonder dat deze bezorgd is, 'verhinderd'tot adres niet te vinden. Mijn advies, wees eerlijk tegen klant, zowel tegen de verzender als ontvanger. Jullie kunnen beloftes structureel niet nakomen. Dus maak je levertijd of langer of lever gewoon niet en laat postnl deze lastige klus dan oplossen. Ook postnl heeft personeelstekorten en kan niet altijd alles waarmaken, maar ze zijn in de meeste gevallen transparant daardoor en betrouwbaarder partner.

Colis envoyé dans le mauvais point relais... Service client ne repond jamais (whatsapp, téléphone etc)

Obligé d'aller chercher mon colis loin de chez moi.

De taart van mijn dochter werd bezorgd, maar we waren net even weg. Helaas dus geen taart op de verjaardag! Nu werden we net verrast dat er toch iemand de taart komt brengen vandaag!! Hoe mooi is dat! Bedankt DHL ! Fantastisch

This is just ridiculous. Parcel was delivered to a locker but I did not get a code to open the locker. Called them to get a code, they said that they don't have a code and that they will deliver the package the same day and would send an email. Never heard of them again. Called them the next day, they once again said that they would deliver it in the evening and call me, nothing happened. I called them a third time, they once again told me that they would send me an email and deliver it in the evening and nothing happened. Now the package is "on hold" in one of their facilities. I payed 200 euro for this delivery of quite a valuable Item. I am really thinking about calling the police at that point. DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE"!!!!!! It really is a scam.

Dit bedrijf stuurt een douanefactuur niet via de email ondanks dat je voor het pakket alles digitaal hebt geregeld. Factuur, herinnering en incassovordering allen binnen één maand, zodat je terug komt van vakantie met 80 euro incassokosten. Geen herinnering per email of wat dan ook. Waardeloos in 2022.

Wacht om door geadresseerde opgehaald te worden..volgens de "DHL Express app".
Even gebeld en uitgelegd dat het mijn adres en waar het pakketje terecht gekomen is, toch redelijk ver uitelkaar ligt...
Wordt nu volgens de app, "gisteren bezorgt einde van de dag", affijn!!!
Misschien vandaag meer geluk!!

Je word gewoon opgelicht door hun omdat ze weten dat je niet naar de douane direct kan. Ik hoor op 3 zendingen geld terug te krijgen door een toren hogen geëiste BTW. Al weken achteraan aan het bellen, elke keer word ik zogenaamd door hun teruggebeld en kan ik het "deze week" verwachten. Inmiddels weken verder en meerdere pogingen maar geen euro gezien.

Misbruik van positie en macht. Dit typeert wat al dit soort grote organisaties doen. Machtsmisbruik.

Voor de zoveelste keer niet aangebeld, maar een briefje in de bus gedaan.
Ik let er voortaan op dat mijn pakketje NIET meer met DHL komt, want dan hoef ik het niet meer.
Ze leveren alleen maar wat door de bus past. Echt een schande DHL.

The worst service ever. I called them 6 times to make a change in the order, each time the lied me that they fixed the issue.

Horrible, Waited all day for delivery, didn't come. Next day they "missed" me but I could now pick it up myself. Went to the pick-up spot, nothing there and costumer support is closed all weekend, thanks DHL, you're an absolute joke of a company! I could only give 1 out of 5, but my real rating is 0/5
