Helemaal ruk. Krijgt geen medewerker aan de lijn. Een computer die4 keer vastloopt, je antwoorden niet verstaat en niet kan helpen. Via chat zou ik chat gesprek via mail krijgen. Nooit kntvangen. Volgende dag gebeld. Zouden asres levering aanpassen. S’avonds weer een sms met wederom foute adres. Waardeloos. Voor zo’n groot bedrijf zou je op zn minst een medewerker moeten kunnen spreken bij je eerste probleem ipv een computer die je absoluut niet helpt met je klacht!

DHL expres totaal niet aangeraden mijn pakket uit China staat er al een week op de luchthaven Amsterdam zonder enige reden, DHL Expres gebeld niemand gaat erover de vliegvracht. Dus heb ik de douane gebeld dat mijn uitstekend hadden geholpen.
Zij misten informatie terwijl de import aangifte al 1 week geleden is gedaan uit China van mijn huidige leverancier. Na wat informatie aan de doaune te hebben doorgeven is het vrijgegeven. Dus ik zit al het werk van DHL Costumors te doen mafkezen.

DHL's behaviour is horrifying, just as the person on August 30th posted.
Without indication, they disturbed my household at 21:30 Saturday (09DEC23) by aggressively ringing the doorbell and then immediately banging on the door like the BIG BAD WOLF as my wife and I were upstairs in the back (and the lights, on, in the front, upstairs and downstairs).
Upon reaching the door, I see the van driving away and a slip stating that SORRYYYYYY WE MISSED YOU, you WEREN'T HOME! Absolutely INFURIATING!
And then you discover, there is no way to properly contact DHL. DHL could have literally done a drive-by shooting, and you have absolutely no way to find out WHO it was, or which Depot location they came from.

The company using DHL just lost a sale AND a customer!

Mijn pakket ligt nu al 10 dagen in een sorteercentrum. er gebeurt niets!
Het is een onderdeel waar ik met smart op zit te wachten. Hopeloos!
Met de klantenservice kom ik er ook niet uit.

altijd te laat ze geven je altijd een verwachting en zijn dan of veel te laat of ze hebben je zogenaamd gemist en komen dan de volgende dag. postnl daarintegen is altijd op tijd dus het kan wel maar ze doen het niet

Hier word je totaal niet serieus genomen als vaste zakelijke klant. Je loopt tegen een muur op! Geld klotst daar tegen de plinten op maar service is ver te zoeken.

Wederom een “niet thuis” melding terwijl we er gewoon waren. Bij dhl moeten ze de bezorger gaan betalen voor bezorgde pakketten of anders een briefje in de bus met niet thuis als bewijs. Verkeerde incentive dus! En altijd weer

Chauffeur rijdt schade tegen auto en rijdt vervolgens door.

Bedrijf is ondanks indienen schadeclaim op pagina niet te bereiken.
Alle chatbots en telefoonnumers geprobeerd. Geen een medewerker kan helpen.

zit al vanaf 13.30 uur te wachten, het is nu 18.00 uur, heb gebeld om een tijdslot te ontvangen voor de bezorging, was helaas niet mogelijk, het pakket kan bezorgd worden tussen 14.00 en 21.00, wat een slechte service

Gebeld aangezien ze mijn pakket niet konden afleveren op het pick up point. Was wel echt iets wat ik nodig had. Support heeft me super fijn geholpen om op de dag zelf mijn pakketje nog te krijgen

bezorger zegt dat die geweest is maar nooit heeft aangebeld dit probleem speelt zo vaak met dhl.

I avoid giving one starts because often there is some good in the bad, but in this case there is nothing good to say (at all). They lost my package because the sister company DHL parcel picked my DHL express. Its been more than 6 weeks and they cannot find it. The follow up is zero. I had emails where I enquired about the situation ignored. I then wrote to "straight to the top", and they are as useless and helpless as their "normal" colleagues.
All in all - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - the reviews here already give a picture of the situation.

I wish I could give a 0 rating here. DHL promises 2 days shipping to South Africa which is impossible clearly.

I chose DHL because they promise "2 days". I had to send an important document that was needed a week after I sent it and it wasn't delivered in 5 days, not to mention 2 days. I can even understand weekends could be at play but this was business days.

This is unethical as customers are making decisions based on the information they see. I raised this with DHL and asked to claim from the insurance for the package that was delivered late and is now stuck in South Africa. They just threw their Regulations in my face, regardless of the fact that they lied and I paid for insurance. When I raised the issue with DHL they got a summary of events from the South African team which was also untrue in so many ways, my correct version was barely looked at before they reverted to their regulation 🙄

So disappointed as I've used DHL many times in the past with no issues, but the last 3 times have been problematic.

My interactions with DHL left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful to customers but also damaging to their reputation. I strongly urge others to stay away from DHL if they value their time, money, and sanity.

In conclusion, my experience with DHL Express NL was horrifying and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. The combination of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and inadequate training is a recipe for disaster. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a more reliable and customer-oriented shipping service.

Dhl was altijd netjes de laatste keren, wat ik nu he meegemaakt. Werkelijk waardeloos. Pakketje opgestuurd van marktplaats via dhl. Pakketje is zoek. Half uur met moeten wachten voor ik iemand aan de lijn kreeg. We gaan het met marktplaats onderzoeken. Nou prima. Dus niet twee weken verder nog niets gehoord wel die meneer 45 euro moeten terugbetalen omdat dhl niet leverde. Lam bedrijf totaal geen interactie, oftewel zoek het maar uit

Weer een hele zaterdag voor L.L zitten wachten en dan aan het einde van de middag zie je dat ze de aflevering hebben verplaatst naar maandag.
wij hebben besloten om nooit meer iets te kopen waarvan we weten dat het met DHL (niet) word bezorgt.

Geen idee wat er mis is met de bezorgers van DHL, maar ik weet één ding zeker en dat is dat het incapabele kakkerlakken zijn die achter het stuur van die busjes zitten.
Ik ben/blijf de hele dag thuis ivm een verwachte levering en op de een of andere manier flikken ze het constant weer, om het gore lef te hebben om te zeggen dat ik NIET thuis was. HOE DAN??? Waar zijn jullie geweest dan? Niet bij mij aan de voordeur tenminste. En mijn huis is overigens ook klein genoeg om de bel en/of geklopt te horen vanuit alle hoeken, dus daar ligt het ook niet aan.
Zoals de titel al zegt: Mijn kat heeft meer potentie dan de bezorgers van DHL. Ik weet zeker dat hij met een beetje training, gegarandeerd wél alles zou kunnen leveren op de dag van bezorging (ondanks afleidingen onderweg).
Kunnen we ondertussen trouwens niet een schadevergoeding voor onze verspilde tijd gaan claimen bij DHL? 🙃

Ik had een duur pakketje te verzenden en moest het volgens instructies thuis laten ophalen, zonder verzendlabel. Toen de chauffeur langskwam om het op te halen had hij geen verzendlabel. Hij heeft alle moeite gedaan met bellen e.d om het toch mee te nemen. Hij zou na afloop van zijn dienst zelf het label erop plakken. Ik bood al aan om het toch zelf te gaan regelen maar hij zei dat het echt goed ging komen.
Ik heb er de hele nacht niet van geslapen want achteraf dacht ik dat het toch niet zo handig was om het zo uit handen te geven, maar het pakket is vandaag al aangekomen in Duitsland. Dus chapeau voor de chauffeur en snelheid van DHL express, om mijn pakket toch op de plaats van bestemming te krijgen.

Wat een slecht bedrijf. Vandaag hebben ze voor de zoveelste keer een pakket niet kunnen afleveren. U kunt het ophalen bij een service punt. Als je er op wacht en het zonder opgaaf van redenen niet bezorgd wordt is dat balen.
