I would rate them a 0 of I could. It took a month to receive my dish set, once I finally received it, 2 cups were broken and 2 plates were chipped (making them unusable unless treated).
They are based out of China, the dishes were shipped from China with Chinese writing all over the tape and the tracking info was written in Chinese.
They gave me a 10% for the $290 dish set with broken dishes 🙄.
Be careful of this scam operation. Stay away.
My order description and the corresponding page on the website was changed AFTER I had ordered.
Everything ships from China unlike what they make you believe on the website. You can not talk to anyone and can only email. It took 29 days for my order to deliver.
They did not accept a return and only offered 10% refund.
Do not buy from this company. I purchased two scones from them and one of them was a different color. They will not give me a refund and insists that I have to take a replacement. Everything is shipped direct from China. I have to file a dispute with my credit card company.
This is a drop ship company. The light fixture I ordered came directly from China. It arrived damaged and was poor quality. When I requested a return authorization, they told me the item would have to be shipped back to their warehouse in China. They offered a replacement light, a 20% refund, then a 30% refund, then anything from their catalog, but they refused to give me a return authorization per their published return policy. After weeks trying to work with them, I ended up filing a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. The company lied and said that I refused to return the product. I had to provide documentation of all correspondence and evidence of the damaged product and create a counter argument. It has been a huge hassle and waste of time - do not make the mistake I did. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It is a big scam!
Scam company. I placed an order for a wall sconce that they said would ship within a few days. I received a tracking number about 5 days later that said "US, shipment information received" but then there was no movement for over 2 weeks. They said they were trying to get in touch with the courier but it had never been picked up. I think the company is just drop shipping from AliExpress and passing it off as if they have their own products. When I asked them to cancel the order, they told me it was too late. I had to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
