Ordered. Chose a date. Company emailed and said not available. Didn’t see email until late in the day. Chose next day. Told it would be a day late so from a Tues delivery to a Fri. Received an email from dpd with photo not the door of property id selected. Devon Heaven after numerous emails stated my browser had picked the wrong post code. It was their drop down address online! Refused to refund and redeliver unless I reordered 😡 I wouldn’t touch this company again!!

Received a hamper from my daughter for my birthday. So pleased with it that I ordered one for my mum for mothers day. She was delighted. Top quality products and ingredients. Delivery excellent.

I bought a hamper of 4 scones, cream, jam and tea for my Mum's birthday. She and my Dad absolutely loved it! Ordering online was very easy. Delivery was on time. Presentation of the gift was lovely. I wasn't with them when they received it but they kindly video called me so I could watch them chow down on the delicious looking scones! A perfect gift that I would highly recommend!

Brilliant service, easy to order and pay. It arrived on time. I usually send flowers for my Aunts birthday so she was delighted with an afternoon cream tea

There was a problem with the delivery and they replied very quickly when contacted and sent out a replacement straight away. Plus the scones were lovely! Recommended, will repeat.

I ordered a gluten free hamper as a gift well in advance of when I needed it. Unfortunately the day before it was meant to be delivered I got an email saying they didn't have any gluten free scones in stock. I understand that this may happen but I didn't have any time to source anything else so had to go ahead with the order that arrived three days late. It ended being an extra day late than expected as it was delayed at the courier side too (I was worried about the cream...). Completely understand this happens but felt there wasn't much empathy from the company that this was a very much pre planned gift that was now very late.
The recipient was delighted with the gift and said it tasted brilliant so I'm really happy with that.

Turned up on time and my parents enjoyed it immensely.
Said all was fresh, well packed and tasty.

Fabulous Mother’s Day surprise! I was able to order in advance for delivery in time for Mother’s Day, as I was not able to see my mum in person. Huge scones with plenty of jam and cream to use afterwards as well. I also added some biscuits and cakes, which were equally delicious by all accounts. Presented really nicely and so easy to order

This was the first time I ordered a cream tea online and, given the competing online businesses, I chose Devon Heaven as it looked best value for money (Afternoon Tea & Cake Hamper). Ordering and delivery went smoothly, and my parents were delighted with the hamper and various treats that came with it which lasted well beyond one sitting! I would happily use again and recommend to others thinking of gifting an afternoon tea package.

I ordered early in the week and asked for the Saturday delivery so that the order was here for Mother’s Day, I didn’t receive it until the Monday after Mother’s Day, also the clotted cream lid was half open, not a good first order, not sure I’ll be ordering again if I’m honest.

Good service from Devon Heaven, however appalling service from DHL couriers. My order was for my mum for mother's day therefore i chose the delivery day for the day before. DHL decided to delay the delivery even though it is fresh food that cannot be eaten after a few days. They delivered 2 days late and i refused delivery. Devon Heavon customer service were good, ordered a replacement to be delivered next day. Unfortunately DHL did the same thing and delayed the order. This time by one day. My mum did take delivery of it and she enjoyed the hamper. However the whole thing was spoilt as it was meant to be for mother's day. Devon Heaven advised they would refund me but i have not received anything. This has put me off ordering again which is disappointing as ive used them alot in the past

Amazing hampers! I ordered one for me and one for my daughter and Mum and we had a virtual afternoon tea because we all live miles apart.

The scones were lush, lovely jam and cream and the brownie was tasty too. All wonderfully presented.
