Did not hesitate in contacting devalls for their advice on taking out a pre _paid funeral plan after we had received such exceptional service from all of the staff who had helped my wife and I through the heartbreaking time of our daughter passing away.After looking at all the options available to us and a meeting with Johnathon we chose a plan ,paid for it upfront .we can now relax knowing that there won't be any worries finding money for funeral fees for one of us at such a traumatic time .we must give a very special mention about Jonathon ,a very special person .

First I made a telephone call to arrange an appointment, had a very pleasant conversation to explain my reason for the call and a suitable time to attend was easily agreed. At the meeting I met Jade who explained the costs for all items and choices I would wish to make. She also explained what were and why some charges are fixed and some are variable; variable charges are external to Devall & Son eg Crematorium etc. Also explained types of service, my preferences, payment choices and any other items I asked about. Overall I felt comfortable discussing and arranging what is in fact my end of existence even when I asked about something later that day it was not a problem.

If I had have found this review service for Devall & Son sooner I would have written this review sooner! Having dealt with this most wonderful Funeral Directors Service on three occasions (Grandma 1989, Mum 2018 and Dad 2019) I couldn't say a bad word about them. They are very professional and will offer the best advice going. I am so pleased with this service that I have signed up to a Pre-Payment Plan so that when my time comes, I'll know that my final wishes will be carried out to the letter. I have bought extras like extra mileage (since I live in London and want to return "home" to Nuneaton) and Order Of Service. The assistance I got while choosing my coffin was given with dignity, compassion and respect. They even understood how difficult it was for me to even consider my own funeral let alone choose a coffin! I shall pass knowing that I have the best Funeral Directors looking after me throughout my final moments, this comforts me. I firmly recommend this Funeral Directors Service for both immediate needs and for Pre-Payment plans. I cannot fault them on anything. The last thing that you want to do is to visit a funeral Director as you know that you are there to discuss arrangements for the passing of a loved one. That happened today and my brother, sister and I went for an appointment at Duvall’s in Nuneaton. We met with Johnathon and what a beautiful, and humble experience this was. Johnathon talked us through every aspect of the funeral which included Johnathon arranging the flowers, the crematorium and the venue that we wanted to go to afterwards on our behalf. I didn’t know what to expect and had an open mind, but left our meeting knowing that Johnathon and Duvalls really do care for the deceased and as importantly for the family that is left behind.

My brother died very suddenly. Although the whole experience was shocking to the family Christina and everyone at Devalls were so kind, compassionate and understanding. Everything was very professional and dignified. The touching gift of a framed order of service has brought great comfort to my parents. I don’t feel that I could ever thank them enough.

Very considerate member of staff Jade who helped us when mum wanted to do her pre paid funeral plan. I have been to many funerals that Devall & Son have officiated over, they have always been extremely sympathetic, professional and courteous.

Devalls handles my Moms funeral arrangements with empathy and were totally perfessional from start to finish. It must have been one of the toughest funerals for them as the awful weather tested them to the limit especially at the committal. Many thanks to Hollie who conducted proceedings superbly.

My mother passed away quite quickly and I live in Wales. Dawn and the team at Devalls made it seem less, they helped my father when I wasn’t there and they were so respectful. I would recommend them 100% as they have the personal touch and understand the emotions and heartache you are going through x

Thought the way it was carried out was very professional, caring and understanding. Just what you need when sorting out something which is so personal.

Devalls nuneaton were the funeral directors for my late husband's funeral. They are a very well run company and the staff are so helpful, going the extra mile to accommodate our requirements. We mainly dealt with Elana and sue and found that they went over and above to ensure we were looked after. At such a devastating time for my family, we were reassured that my husband was in the best possible hands. I would also like to thank Daniel for providing a personal touch. Thank you

Devalls were very professional, understanding and compassionate in helping us to arrange a funeral plan for both of my parents. The process was fully explained pointing out helpful issues that we didn’t think of at the time.

What an absolute amazing place the care from the staff is lovely they have all the time in the world to speak to you and make you feel at ease and comfortable and what amazing care they put into my dad's funeral 2 years ago so that's why I've gone with devells ❤️xx
