This is the second time in the last 2 years we've used Devalls and Sons and had the pleasure of having Michelle Fletcher!!...She went above and beyond on both occasions for our loved ones...Exceptional service and made us feel not only as the "grieving family" but, as "friends"...Highly recommend the company as a whole but especially Michelle!!...Honestly can't thank them enough from the bottom of my heart...xxx

I have been in the unfortunate position to use Devalls twice within 6 weeks for my father’s funeral and then my mother’s.
Dawn and the rest of the Devall team couldn’t have been more helpful and Dawn went above and beyond.

From day one up until the day of the funeral Devalls cared about all the little details, which put our mind at rest. They were so professional throughout & Jonathon was a breath of fresh air extremely caring on the day of the funeral. Thankyou

So helpful from initial contact, planning Mother’s funeral and on the day itself, everyone at Devall & Son made sure it ran like clockwork. Special thanks to Christina who made it feel as if it was a privilege to look after Mother and to Jonathan and all the pall bearers who looked so so smart. We don’t live locally so I hit gold when I picked Devall & Son randomly out of a list of funeral directors.

This company is by far the best funeral directors we have ever used and will continue to use for the future. The upmost respect, dignity and professionalism was demonstrated from start to finish and to such a high standard from our experience of seeing our relative at peace in the chapel of rest, to his church service & lastly the burial. The way the funeral directors conducted themselves was heartwarming too see and provided a attentive, sensitive comfort to a difficult and sad time for all the family members involved.

My family have nothing but praise for the way they handled my father’s funeral arrangements. The professional service and care they gave our family was second to none. Greg at the Nuneaton branch was our main point of call and was patience and caring in all our interactions answering any questions we had. Dad was treated with respect a from the time Devalls took him into their care. Excellent service and we extend our thanks to Greg and the team at Devalls.

I would like to Thank Chistina,Johnathon and all the staff at the Coventry branch of Devall Funeral Directors. You were truly amazing!! The way everything was dealt with when I lost my Dad from the visit initially from Christina, Lisa Dundas the Celebrant visit and putting together the service to the Funeral Service and Burial itself. You were all so professional understanding caring and real. Myself and my children were absolutely put at ease and so relieved when we visited Dad at the Chapel of rest. He looked truly amazing, at peace and back to his old self so smart.He looked beautiful.Thank you so very very much for giving us that last chance to see him and remember him like that rather than how devastating he looked when he I died. Thank you Christina for always being at the end of the phone and looking after Dad Thank you Lisa for the beautiful beautiful service you provided for Dad it was exactly what he wanted and asked for. All I can say is that you made my Dad proud and us as a family too. I 100% recommend Devall Funeral Directors they are the very best and provide a Professional Excellent Caring Service at a very difficult emotional time . I will never be able to thank you all enough.

As soon as I walked in to decall and sons and met Christine. I felt so welcomed it felt like my brother had come home and I knew this was who I wanted to look after him. Devall are truly special they made feel so at ease
Nothing was to much trouble, they helped with every detail.The send off was perfect ,even after the funeral they helped fill some jewellery with his ashes. I hope I don't have to use them again for a while.but when I do need a funeral director again. I will be sure to use devall and son.

Everything was perfect from first appointment to arrange funeral to sprinkling of the ashes at crematorium.

To all Staff at Devall & Son, I would like to thank you for helping me and my family through a sad and difficult time on the loss of a beloved husband, father and grandad. It was all done with the utmost kindness, dignity and professionalism.

Excellent service in a tine when we needed it. Questions promptly answered, nothing too much trouble.

I picked up my sons ashes today. I don't think I would of been able to go through this whole process without Christina. I hope you appreciate what a weight in gold you have there. She's rang me and I've been in bits and she's stayed on the line and talked me through this. They say some people you can't see their capes. She definitely has a hidden one. Thank you for all you have done to make this nightmare easier.

Could not fault the service from the first appointment right through to my Dad’s funeral & internment. I felt reassured the whole time that everything was in order & I was truly in the hands of caring professionals. Greg was fantastic & it was great to have the constant of the same contact from the beginning to end.

I hope not to have to be using funeral directors again for a while yet!! But when the time comes that I need to use the services again, I would not hesitate in using Devall & Son & would strongly recommend them for their professionalism & compassion. Thank you.

I cannot thank Greg of Devall and Son enough for the kind, caring and sympathetic way he helped me and my family plan my beloved son Stephen's funeral at such a time when we were in shock at Stephen's sudden passing. Greg was truly so helpful and kind guiding us every step of the way, he was always on hand at any time to answer any queries l had, this made the actual day which we had dreaded, much easier to get through.

Thank you Greg for advising me about the best plan for the Veteran presence and Standard Bearers which l was nervous about at first but on the day it enhanced my son's funeral and everyone who attended remarked how dignified it was.

I will not hesitate to pre-plan my own funeral with Devalls knowing all my wishes will be met.

Knowing one of your employees, has made the process very easy for me at a time where my health is failing.

Excellent service, so kind and thoughtful during such difficult times for us all. They made sure everything was just perfect and we knew it was all in extremely safe hands, which was so important for Mum. Particular thanks to Dawn who even wore a sunflower, as we were, in respect for Dad.
