The Desire2 360° device holder is a superb product. Sturdy, elegant, and does everything I want it to. I would pay twice as much for this item and really think that the price is an absolute steal! Came quickly and well packaged.

I ordered a stand for my iPad and it’s just what I needed. It was a reasonable price and was despatched quickly. I’m very pleased with it.

Great stand for an Apple Studio Display with vesa mount. Assembly with clear instructions should be easy for most people.

The height is easy to adjust without fuss. Tilt and pan on the other hand have to be set and then tightened with an Alan key supplied, which neatly stores in the cable tie a the back.

Since I rarely re-adjust my monitor's position this all I need and the price is very good. Solid build in satin like black metal.

Excellent product

Extremely poor service. My order arrived with items missing. I was told to wait 14 days for an investigation, which has now passed with no response whatsoever. I returned the remaining items as instructed and have since been met with complete silence — no updates, no refund, no accountability. This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am currently out of pocket by £179.37

The item came very speedily. It was well packed and came with clear instructions. The phone cradle is well made and sturdy and easy to fit onto the bars. It holds the phone well and is easily adjusted. The anti shock system looks as though it should be effective. A good value item.

I like its flexibility to accommodate different phone sizes.

Originally I was very disappointed because I received a review request before I received my product.
However, Justin from Desire saw my review here (one star) and reached out. Proactive! I admire that.
It turns out that Royal Mail had delivered to a neighbour in a different section of the apartment building and not even bothered to put a notice in my mailbox. I don't know anyone from that part of the building. This evening I tried doorbells until someone opened. The guy had not received the package but it was sitting in the hallway - opened! But intact. Yay!
My new laptop desk is take-out-of-the-box useable, easy to adjust and it makes me happy just standing here typing. It seems more solid in lightly tilted mode than in fully horizontal state, but I'd put my breakfast plate on it in bed in a heartbeat. My laptop is feeling quite at home here and there's room for my mouse. If I want to stand and read a book, or some papers, there's a little ridge to make sure nothing falls off. Full stars with a plus for customer service!

Safety sticker on the front of the stand took so long to get off, why couldn’t it be on the back out of sight? Left behind residue.
