The meat is not cleaned properly and masticate

The meat is not cleaned properly, when received the lamb mince , it has black spots. When we eating the meat after cooking , it always masticate as I think it was not professionally cleaned and the nerve is mixed with the meat so it keep coming with surprises while chewing

I received a call from them today 20/11 to check why I gave them 3 star rating, I told them, then they offered 10% discount on my next order where I told them this is already on site for everybody so it is not a special compensation then she said she will send meat for free next time just to change my mind and when I was about to confirm it she put me on silent and hanged up the line on me and never called back. So, I'm updating the rating to 2.

They called back and sent me a free minced meat to try and it was better than before but yet it is not the best for me and has few masticate but less than the first time.
