Great range of products, reasonably priced and excellent communication from customer services. If anything needs to be substituted someone will call and give you plenty of options or ask if you want a refund, they're always friendly and happy to help! Ordered a few times now, everything is packed well and delivery is fast. Definitely my go to for online grocery shop! The website is easy to navigate and you get points for money off on next order which comes in useful.

After the initial pickup,
I received the redt of my order the day after...
The issue was that it was overpacked and it sustained damage.
I was informed that the couriers disposed of the package due to the package contained perishables...
My order was completed the next day by resending the missing order.
As I'm a new customer, it wasn't a great start but was an acceptable finish...
So all is well and I will be using Desime for a follow-up order..

Delivery time slot(s) works well for me. They deliver as promised. Their prices are good. They actually phoned me to inform me that an item I bought was out of stock and I received the refund with no issues. Items were delivered well packed.

Great choice of stuff and fast delivery with great tracking. Better navigation needed on website. Please get fresh falsa and Jamun. Put them on your website, I'd buy a ton!!

Packaging was not adequate. Ordered 16kg chicken legs and a 5ltr Olive oil can. The vacuum packaging for some of the chicken legs had breached and leaked. The metal oil can was severely dented. Would have expected the delivery to be in multiple packages to avoid the damage to the contents.

DesiMe contacted myself to understand the issue in more detail. They then addressed my concern and followed up with goodwill. I was appreciative of this gesture. As a result I have changed my rating from a 3 to a 5 star for the service I received. Thank you.

It is my second time that I have ordered from Desime and believe me when I say they don’t compromise on their quality. Highly recommended.

Fresh food and safely wrapped. Love that you can book delivery date well in advance. Meat is very clean and vacuumed in bags, also labelled to make it easy for freezing. Keep you informed of any changes. My number one shop for online groceries.
