Bought at Birkenshaw. Jamie, Uddingston was amazing. Non pushy and amazing product knowledge. Very very happy with the whole experience.

Came across this shop whilst looking for a new settee in another shop. Lots of choice and styles. We were helped by Grant who was very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We looked at other stores but came back to Natuzzi and found exactly what we were looking for. I can highly reccommend this store. Can't wait to get my new sofas

The buying experience was excellent, pre delivery comms were ok but I had to go to the store on more than one occasion to get an update. The problems started after delivery. Day two something gave in my recliner, it didn't seem to make a difference to the comfort or function so I left it a couple of months, during this time the seat cushion began to sag and the seat became uncomfortable to the point that I had to sit on a cushion. I contacted the store and to be fair they sent a guy to take a look, he couldn't find anything wrong so I spoke to the store again to be told that it just needed "plumping up". I decided to take a look myself, easy enough as there is a zip on the underside of the seat pad. The top layer of foam is cheap open cell yellow foam and had completely collapsed in less than three months. I contacted the store again to be told that as a gesture of goodwill they would get someone to contact me and replace this top layer of foam. That was 6 weeks ago, no contact and its just as well that I knew they would do this so I have already bought some decent closed cell heavy duty foam and fixed it myself. Not impressed for the money I spent on the sofas and I really should have gone to DFS. *Edit* They sell these as Danish made, funny that there is a made in China sticker on them.
