We had a great experience with staff who went above and bound to source our preferred choice of dining table. She took time to explain different options and demonstrated key features of how the furniture we were interested in purchasing worked.

Karen (Lakeside branch) has been brilliant from the very start and made the whole process smooth sailing. We came in with very specific requirements which we were struggling to fulfil elsewhere but Karen took on the challenge, listened to what we needed, made some suggestions and then showed us all our options. What started out as a 2-month frustrating process, Karen managed to solve within the hour. We are very grateful and so happy with our sofa choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse this store or team again - just fab! Thank you so much!

Ruhel at Brent cross was a fantastic sales man, he went above and beyond on helping me find the right sofa for my needs!! He even helped me with a loan chair for my up and coming surgery as sofa won't be ready for a few months!

Karen from Uddingston was exactly what a customer needs, honest and reliable service. I had been given a price on a previous visit for my Freya suite and she had remembered me (and my quote details) when I came back a few weeks later. The sale was made due to her agreeing my earlier price, albeit I upgraded from Cat 25 leather Oatmeal to Cat 30 Oatmeal and both recliners and USB, and Jamie’s input helped. Just waiting for suite to be made and delivered and I will return with final review, and hopefully 5 star… only 4 this time as a wee bit of discussion at original stage.

Liam was totally proffesional and polite, and was experienced on all products. Liam let my wife and i take our time to review the products without pressure, and after we made our choice, liam was extremely helpful in explaining our paypment options.

Karen was very helpful from start to finish. Took time to go through multiple colour and material options and was patient with us which was a big bonus. No pressure just supportive - a great experience.
