Ahmad was really knowledgeable and patient with us while we tried out lots of different sofas. He was not at al pushy but helped us to find a deal we felt comfortable with. The sofa seems to be well-made, using quality materials so we hope that it will last us for a long time. I will review again once the sofa has been delivered and used for a while.

Excellent customer experience from Haseena at the Middlebrook Bolton store today. I loved Haseena's soft approach. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and different fabrics etc. and explained everything very clearly. She was also so polite and didn't hover or push us to make any decision. And this approach really sealed it for me having looked round various shops for hours on multiple occasions. Thank you Haseena.

We visited the store in paisley on Easter Friday, went back today, Monday, spoke to our adviser Shaz she was very attentive, talked us through all the leathers. Process was easy, no harassment from any staff when entering shop either. And what a great pleasant aroma in shop too.

David at Uddingston offered an exceptional service whilst buying new sofas. His approach was well considered and not annoying like most sales people. Extremely knowledgeable and answered all quations thoroughly. Out of all the showrooms we visited, this was definitely the one with the best products and best experience.

Dealt with Derek in Edinburgh store, what a fantastic experience and very knowledgeable and supportive sales member, both my wife and I were never pushed or felt overly watched over, so much so that we were happy with everything we were explained from Derek our options and the outline of sale if we made a purchase re timelines etc, So impressed and happy with the service and product we bought right there and then and we're delighted we did.
In summary wonderful service from Derek, great product and price and fantastic overall experience, will without doubt be a returning customer.
