Great customer service Mark spent the time understanding what we were looking for .Wasn't pushy and allowed us time to reflect. My partner is severely sight impaired and we come across a lot of prejudice. Mark couldn't have been nicer and treated us like any other customer. Mel really looked after us on our visit and explained everything about the sofa and chairs we were interested in. We were very impressed and went ahead with our order and cannot wait to sit on the luxury leather seating that we have chosen. We bought a sofa from Chris at Brent Cross store he really went out of his way to help us. We didn’t release he was the manager until other members of staff kept asking him to assist. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a sofa to go in and wait for Chris his due out to our house for a colour confirm this week and his knows how to go above and beyond
