Outstanding customer service!
Designer carpets pulled out all the stops to get my order delivered working to a very tight time scale. Communication was first class with responses to email virtually by return, even out of hours! The company is a pleasure to deal with (so rare with online sales - you can talk to real people!). Good range of high end carpets at excellent prices. Couldn’t be happier with the process.
