Design-JR Recensioni

I contacted Katerina for some voiles that we needed made to measure. The service was quick and helpful from providing swatches and quoting, to the manufacture itself. Very happy with the final product and will be going back for more in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish!
My initial email enquiry was answered very quickly, as were my additional emails.
Katerina was very flexible with arrangements for dropping off my curtains and for the collection too; the whole process was a delight.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of Katerina’s work and would definitely recommend her to others - a completely stress-free service. Thank you Katerina for your professionalism.

Katerina was very helpful in choosing the correct design and colour for our curtains and very quick service

Service, quality and communication was excellent. Highly recommended, would definitely use again. AAA+++

Katerina did a brilliant job altering my pleated curtains, taking in the width and adding a band to the bottom. She is very easy to deal with, quick responses and clear communication. I would very much recommend her.

All so easy, a jewel in the minefield of curtain repair - Katerina has great comms, was very transparent with options and pricing, all logisitcs done by post, and she fitted it in at relatively short notice. Also proactively did some extra work to give the curtains more life. Now going back to see if Katerina can help us with poles!

Would highly recommend!

Great communication and some really helpful suggestions. She was realistic about the time frame and sensitive to my budget. The curtains are really well made and the pattern matching is excellent. I have recommended Katerina to friends and will be very happy to use her services again.

We asked Katerina if she was able to help make two sets of curtains and we’re so glad we did - she is brilliant! Katerina has been very responsive to all our questions and is really an expert - advising us on designs, fittings, fabrics and sizes throughout the process and the quality of her work is exceptional! The sizing is perfect and the curtains look great! They were made within a couple of weeks which was perfect for us. We are really very pleased. Thank you!

I had 2 pair of curtains that needed to be shortened and I am extremely happy with not only how they turned out but with the whole experience. I would definitely use Design-JR again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Initially there was a problem with the order, but rapidly and satisfactorily rectified. Products were fine.

Katerina was so helpful from the first time we were in contact, she even managed to get products shipped to Northern Ireland! I had been struggling a lot with this and couldn't believe how quick and easy she made it. I am delighted with my cushions, they look amazing and the quality is outstanding!

I’m absolutely in love with Roman blind I ordered for my daughters‘ bedroom. Gorgeous fabric, excellent quality, stunning design and first class service. Went for blackout lining to stop the light filtering though for a great night’s sleep. My blind is beautiful as well as functional, truly perfect in every way.
