Design-JR Recensioni

Excellent service amazing quality

Brilliant service. Products were as images. Easy to return the items I did not require. Would use again.

The product is very nice quality. Only thing I was disappointed with was their packaging, they sent it in a small box so the tassell has indents in it and so far they have not dropped out.

Would definitely recommend Design JR, Katerina is lovely and did a great job on my parents net curtains. Could not be more helpful. The service and quality was superb. I have since ordered a blind from them too it was that good. Thanks Katerina

Great customer service, had some long curtains shortened, did a lovely job, quick service, great communication

Communication, Ketarina ensured that every single detail was confirmed and followed through. She took her time to explain everything before going ahead to shorten and make my curtains the way I always wanted. I finally got amazing curtains thanks to Ketarina. Highly recommend her

Katerina reduced the size of a Roman blind to fit a smaller window in our new house. She gives helpful prompt replies, reasonable costs and excellent workmanship. Whilst doing the job she found that the bottom of the lining had perished from sun exposure, so repaired it at no extra cost! She was also able to give me very helpful & knowledgeble advice & quote for some curtains. I will definitely be coming back to her for future projects, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.

I needed to find a curtain maker asap.
I researched high and low and came across JR-design. The service was amazing, Katrina is very knowledgeable and her skillset 5*. Katrina kept me updated every step of the way to keep me reassured. The quality of her work is impeccable, trust me I’m very particular, I wish I found her sooner to be honest. I will definitely use JR-design again.
Thank you again JR-design

Great service, Katerina was very efficient. It was difficult to find someone to repair my curtains, she was able to give me a quote from photographs and I sent them to her in the mail. She repaired them immediately and sent them back within a couple of days. They now look great and I won’t have to buy new ones for a few years yet.

Excellent bespoke curtain service, communication cannot be faulted and understanding of design brief was perfect. This lady is very talented and offers a completely tailored to you service. Highly highly recommend.

Great job with my curtain track and blinds. Would recommend the company to anyone

I am absolutely delighted with the care and attention Katerina took to reline my curtains and make them look perfect. Not an easy ask and her attention to detail both in her work and communication was incredible. A very professional finish and I would highly recommend Katerina to anyone.

A lovely professional service. My curtains were returned neatly folded and the perfect length for my living room.

I will definitely use again.

Very professional service, my new curtain length is exactly what I required, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Design JR again and recommend to anyone.
Thank you Katerina for a great service.

Katerina was great, her speed and service were unmatched, I dropped my curtains at 10am and they were ready for collection at 2pm! She also kindly added a pocket for the curtain strings, will definitely use again.

Do not hesitate or waste further hours looking for alternatives to help with your interior needs.
Katerina and Nick were super responsive and their service so professional.
Nick was so tidy and friendly when installing.
Thank you both so much.

EXCELLENT!
An extremely fast and efficient service from Katerina, which has provided an excellent alteration from deep pencil pleat to eyelet. The curtains look fabulous and hang beautifully. Finding such a professional service is an exception. The work is first class and Katerina provides a stress free experience which needs to be recommended to everyone. Will definitely be using again. Thank you so much.

Always a gamble selecting a product or service from the internet, even after reading all the reviews. Katerina made three cushion covers (all different) and I am more than happy. I was kept informed of the process and I received pictures along the way. I would certainly use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending Katerina and her company.

Absolutely fantastic. We really struggled to find someone in South Essex area that had good reviews. There were very few locally, even less with reviews, and even less actually available quite quickly.
Katrina came up trumps. Dropped off the curtains, were ready a few days later (my choice of collection date), and are now up and looking fantastic.
Great quality& price.
Will definitely use again.
