After I had problems with my facial sculptor 1st it took ages to get delivered and 2nd it broke . I had emailed twice and when it finally arrived it worked for a few weeks then stopped, so after another email the problem was rectified I was sent another one which arrived quickly and is still working ,.The complaints team dealt with the problem very efficiently and I'm satisfied with my purchase .

Bought a sculptor a week ago and it has already broken apart ! I got in touch with Dermawell and was asked to send a video, after which they then said I had to return it to Australia covering the postage myself. They would then send it off for 'inspection ' and refund me when they accepted the fact that it was broken !
I refused to pay for postage and asked for a pre paid label, after which they offered a 50% refund !!

This is a dodgy company, and I think they sent me an item which was not genuine and probably a return!

The name Dermawell actually 'rubbed off' the sculptor.

I am going to report them to Trading Standards.

The Dermwell collection is amazing. Although I've only had a couple of days to use it. I've been using it day and night. This is not an overnight miracle system. Like I said I've only had my system for a couple of days and I'm loving what I'm seeing in the mirror. Plus my skin is as smooth as a baby's butt. That just a perk as this system is to get rid of cellulite. I use it on my face also. It's helping my jowls and my turkey neck. You owe it to yourself to try this out. You won't regret it. I promise

If I could give less than one star, I would! This Company and the people who stand behind it (Angel), are nothing more than liars and scammers. They promise one thing and deliver nothing. My ‘device’ broke with less than 60 days use. It stopped working completely. The charging cord also came apart. They requested pictures. I sent them. They requested a video. I sent it. They said they would send the replacement. Then Angel said they wouldn’t replace it - why? Because when I had an issue with their serum (6 bottle order of $75+) they offered a nominal partial refund. After saying they would replace the device, apparently, their arbitrary decision is that they do not offer more than one resolution per customer. Then they go ‘dark’. No response, no communication for a week. As a matter of fact, the only reason they offered to replace the device was they noticed my original negative review when they ignored my communication about the broken device the first time. This was weeks ago. So I thank them and immediately take down the negative review. They string me along for 3 more weeks and then rescind their offer to replace the device. This Company and their reps cannot be trusted- should not be trusted. Their ads’ with ‘doctors’ are most likely AI generated. The only customers they show are 20-30 year olds. They do not have lines and wrinkles. This whole company is a scam and a cheat.

I have experimented with it on my face and neck. So far I don't see any change in my wrinkles

I have been happily surprised with results im already seeing an its only been 2 weeks that ive been using Dermawell system. I was shocked to see a resent picture of myself and someone asked me what ive done because i look 10 years younger than the last picture.

The instructions were not informative enough.
It would have been nice to have received a bottle of serum to use with the device when it arrived. It’s taken a quite a few YouTube recordings and uses to work it out. The face masks don’t have enough information on them either.
My skin is feeling lovely and I’m glad I purchased it. I think it’s going to take a bit more time to see results as I’m in my late 60s

This device was bought for my mom and she’s amazed with the results that she sees everyday so is the best option for beauty treatment at home. Well done

After waiting nearly 5 weeks to get the 3in 1 led facial sculptor it finally arrived April 10th, I used about 12 times before it stopped working the light comes on but no vibration. I'm extremely disappointed , don't waste you money .

I like the dermawell been using it on my face and arms I've only been using it for a week but I'm very hopeful ☺️

Have used this for several weeks now and can definitely see improvement in smoothness of neck area. Easy to use, and like the three levels of light therapy. Use green on neck and jaw, and red on forehead area. The Dermawell serum is very effective to aid tool in gliding smoothly over skin. Ordering process was good, and was kept informed about order status.

I had experience with red light therapy in the past so I knew I would like it. I can see changes in my smile lines.
I used the green light treatment yesterday and my face did seem brighter yesterday. I was quite pleased.
I wish I'd known about this 10 years ago.

Stopped working and no one will get back to me

I’ve only had the device for about a week so it’s not enough time to make an authentic review. However, my charging cord does not work. I’ve had to use a different charging cable.

My online purchase was easy and the website is clear, transparent and informative. I received my products within the given time frame and love the bonus gifts.

Well, it’s been almost a month since I placed my order and still have not received the product. I’ve reached out via email asking for help in locating my order with no response. Did not know this item was coming from China, it is not being shipped from within the U.S. I know this takes extra time but this amount of time is ridiculous. Customer service is awful at best.

I have not recieved my purchase,when i emailed them as i felt like they were a fraudulant company and was going to contact my bank for a refund i was assured they werent but still havent recieved my purchase and have no up to date shipping or delivery details,i recieved a Yodel tracking 10 minutes after placing my order and now nothing.
Please dont waste your time or money on this company,they are fake, no goods just want your money and as i dont have a lot im upset that not only have i lost my money im too scared to order elsewhere incase it happens again,i just hope my bank can get my money back

I received a faulty unit - charging port was crooked and unable to charge. I emailed for 2 weeks trying to solve the issue - they wanted me to send the unit back AND pay for return shipping. They wanted a video of me trying to plug in the charger - i sent the video. They wanted ANOTHER video. Yeah, not happening. After several weeks of emails, they finally decided I could either get a refund or another unit. No thanks…just credit my card. Cheaply made product, terrible customer service!

I am enjoying impressive results even though it's just been a couple weeks. I am looking forward to seeing my results after using this devise for 2 or 3 months.

only used it twice so far, but the serum is nice and the light feels good. Will give two weeks before I have a solid review
