I received a faulty device, upon making a complaint, the company are asking me to pay for a complaint form in order to be reviewed.
Major red flag!
Scammers...do not buy from this company.

To say I am furious is an understatement
i have had FOUR of your devices not being chargeable within a few weeks of using Either the cord breaks at the connection or the connection its self breaks I feel that i I can no longer recommend this product at my seminars and given the expense its been a dreadful experience

I see a lot of people did not receive the product. I did, but I am not impressed for the £100 I paid, seems quite cheap and most likely imported from China. It works but not impressive quality

This is a SCAM. I order a pen, and never received.Continued to tell me it was in mal, then due to postal strike was taking longer and “Emily” who I corresponded with stopped messaging me back. My next step is filing a complaint with BBC. SCAM

This website like others have mentioned in their reviews is an absolute SCAM. Placed order on 10 March. Numerous follow emails sent for an update however, I never received a response. Went as far as checking the junk folder in case it may have landed there. Paid for a product which I never received. Low life scum operators that should be shut down for their dodgy business model. Incredibly disappointed and wish I had came across Trust Pilot reviews to provide an informed decision prior to making the purchase. I would give it a zero for the deception, and the horrible experience. AVOID THIS WEBSITE !!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Scam, ordered in December 2025.After numerous emails to customer service and being told it has been shipped, still haven’t received. Emailed to get a refund and no reply. Their website is now down.

I hate to tell you, but after using the pen on my age spots and wrinkles I was really impressed all my age spots gone. Wrinkles and skin tone much improved. I will continue to use it. I set my pen at the highest level no regrets. Been over 2 years now I 72 and like look like I am in late 40s.

3 months later: I haven't received my order, the webpage now is gone

Total scam. I had to do a chargeback through visa cause I didn’t receive anything despite reaching out to them numerous times. They sent a fake tracking number showing it was delivered. Do not buy from this place.

I got mine very quickly and they work well!! I am surprised by bad reviews!

I placed an order in early January and emailed customer service in late February regarding my order. The order confirmation email said it’d ship in late January; the customer service rep was condescending and said it’d ship the last week of February…. In March I sent another email saying I’d dispute it with my bank if I didn’t get a tracking number soon. It’s now April, and the dermavel website doesn’t exist anymore… Hopefully my bank can help get my $150 back -_-

Don’t fall for this scam! As other reviewers have stated, “Emily” responded to emails stating I had pre-ordered, my shipment was shipped, it is on its way….. I ordered 12/21/2024, I checked in on 1/12/25, she wrote back on 1/14/25 with the above excuses, I received an updated email with a tracking # that gives no information on 2/18/25. It’s now 4/10/25 and I have no product and no updates.

Scam. Never received my order, said it shipped Dec 25th 2024 and I am still waiting. No one replied to any of my emails either. Ordered this on a preorder so missed my window to dispute the charge. Stay away for sure. SCAM!!!

Complete SCAM. Stay far away! “Emily” has responded with empty promises and excuses. Ordered 12/26/24 It is now 4/3/25 and Nothing. Refuses refund. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a plasmapen on pre-order in January and they said it would be delivered in the end of february.
They charged the amount immidiately and when i contacted them a month later and asked why the have charged for the product, before it was even set to deliver as it was a pre-order, they relied, that it would for sure come by end of february. Now its the end of march and i have not received anything, and cannot get in contact with them. They have not reliped on any of my email.

Do not order from this site. It is a scam. Never received order. When you call about it, they make you pay with a credit card to speak to someone. I got sucked in bad. Never again.

Ordered Dermavel with extra needles Oct. 28/24 and I have heard from "Emily" 3 times with lame excuses with regards to delays. Now I am asking for a full refund and getting no response at all. This company is a scam.

Placed an order more than 2 months ago and never received it. Fake tracking number and the worst customer service ever.
Even if a star can't be given to them.

Ordered Dermavel and extra needles on 11/29/24. AS of 2/12/25 have still not received this order. Fake "Emily" responded 3 times with fake tracking number and has ignored my request for a full refund. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM company.
