Fantastically Affordable!
Update: 5 stars for being affordable and easy to use! 5 stars for quality of the product (Tretinoin .025% with 4% hydroquinone for melasma). I'm already seeing the discoloration fade after just a few weeks!!! Unfortunately only 3 stars for the quality of the cardboard box used for shipping my prescription. My first order, about a month ago, arrived in a thin cardboard box that was crushed and ripped. The bottle was not damaged beyond being useable but I hope in the future Dermatica upgrades to sturdier packaging. I'm very happy with the results of the actual prescription though. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

I had sent a message before my prescription could be finalized to look into my concerns but nothing like that happened and just got an email saying its arriving soon
When we select for theproblems there is no way we can selectmore than one hence the comments should be read to make sure the problems are understood

Very quick easy experience
Very quick easy experience. The only thing I wish was I had more input on what kind of active ingredients were picked. I’m happy with what was picked- but I wanted a higher % of an active ingredient to start off with instead of starting as low as possible. Would have liked a chance to have given my opinion in it before it was finalized.

Our treatments are prescription medications and strengths and treatment plans are evidence based and selected for each patient on an individual basis. Strengths of ingredients chosen also reflects the need to balance the benefit delivered by the medication versus any side effects and this can be titrated up or down accordingly according to your needs.
Please be advised that our dermatology team will always take your preferences into account with regards to your treatment, including strengths and ingredients, however safe and effective prescribing must remain our priority for our patients.
