Within your Dermatica account you can see your current treatment and treatment plan along with details of when the last treatment was dispatched or when the next dispatch will be. All orders are dispatched via USPS First Class, which normally arrives within 1-3 working days but can take up to 5 working days. However, despite our best efforts to deliver your parcel on time, sometimes USPS experience problems with their deliveries, they have advised us that deliveries may take up to 10 working days. Please kindly let us know if you have not received it after this time, so we can continue to assist you further.

The bottle you guys made for me is a miracle in a bottle
The bottle you guys made for me is helping my skin so much....I have roscaea and it's always red and then I get the pustles......they itch and burn and then I get more and more but within less than a week my skin has already looked so much better....I can actually wear a lil makeup now....thank you so much and will be purchasing more.....it has really boosted my confidence as I didn't want to leave the house....thank you for what you're doing to help people....

Great consultation
I’m very pleased with the effectiveness and professionalism with the consultation. Its as the dermatologist can read my mind and prescribed exactly what I had hoped for - Tretinoin and Niacinamide starting from a lower strength 0.015 and gradually increased to ensure my sensitive skin’s adaptation and prevent irritation:) Couldn’t be happier and will be waiting for my dermatica to arrive to start the program/treatments. The products are very nice
The products are very nice, but the Dermatica team does not check in very often with me to see how things are going. As well, there are only two items in the formula as compared to Agency which puts 4 active ingredients in their formula.

I like how quick the response was and…
I like how quick the response was and the comfort of having a professional. However, I didn't really feel like all of my concerns were fully addressed, just the major one. And the email response, though very informative, felt a little generic.

We are sorry to hear that you feel as though all of your concerns weren't addressed. When our clinical team review your consultation they try to offer the best treatment plan for you at the time. We would also like to advise we can only treat one concern at a time however some of out treatments contain ingredients that target multiple concerns simultaneously.

I received great communication…
I received great communication immediately. Putting in a request for a consultation was easier than posting on social media. They reached out for additional questions to make sure my treatment plan was what I needed. First month is free, just pay shipping. I’m thinking this is gonna be much easier than a traditional dermatologist and I love that my topical treatment is compounded so I can ditch adding niacinamide separately in my routine.
