Slecht apparaat, laad niet goed op, kan niet zonder snoertje gebruikt, flitsen zijn zo hard dat er bijna vuur uit het apparaat komt en je zal zeker een veiligheids bril moeten dragen. Je moet op een lage stand beginnen maar er is geen keuze voor welke stand je wilt. Alleen 1 knop en 1 stand. Na alle reviews gelezen te hebben is terug sturen geen optie omdat het dan ineens naar de US moet en veel geld kost. Als je het product wilt kopen staan er volgens trustpilot alleen maar lovende kritieken dus valse info. Behalve wanneer je extern gaat kijken. Kortom Bagger!!

Der Ablauf bei mir war wie von Marcel und weiteren beschrieben.
Zu spät geliefert, ein Schrottgerät und Rücksendung nur kostenpflichtig in die USA. Das auch noch mit Frist innerhalb von 14 Tagen + Einlagerungsgebühr.
Der Shop sollte sofort verboten werden

Avoid. They only provide 90 days warranty and refuse to obey Australian Consumer Law. Going with their customer support in circles about the stupid adapter that stopped working. There must be some greedy cheap bastard behind this company.

Finger weg!!! Ein absolut unseriöses Unternehmen. Nachdem meine Bestellung viel zu spät kam, war als Geschenk gedacht, wollte ich diese umgehend zurücksenden. Erst wurden mir immer wieder irgendwelche Rabatte angeboten. Da ich das Gerät nicht mehr gebrauchen konnte, lehnte ich Alles ab. Die Bestellung zurückzusenden soll auf eigene Kosten erfolgen und obendrauf wird noch eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr erhoben.

Mein Gerät kam nach zwei Wochen endlich an, wobei die chinesische tracking website dies nicht anzeigte. Dann funktionierte es nicht, auch wenn es voll aufgeladen war. Ich wollte es Retoure senden, aber im Karton gab es keine Rechnungsadresse, keine Retourenadresse, kein gar nichts. Die warranty card, die enthalte sein sollte, war auch nicht drin. Ich habe Kontakt aufgenommen und mir wurde angeboten, den Versand in die USA selbst zu bezahlen und einen Aufschlag von 14€ an die Firma zusätzlich zu zahlen. Darauf wollte ich mich nicht einlassen und habe mir das Geld zurückgewünscht. Mir wurde angeboten, 25% des Kaufpreises zurückzubekommen. Fand ich nicht fair, ich wollte alles. Die Firma und ich haben uns schlussendlich auf 70% einigen können. Absolut NICHT weiterzuempfehlen.
An alle, die auch Geld zurück wollen: lasst euch nicht auf die 25% ein, sondern handelt hoch!

Produkt zum Haare entfernen für 129 EUR gekauft, das Produkt ist einfach nur billig und nachgemacht. Meiden sie diese Webseite um irgend welche Produkte zu kaufen. Dieses Produkt ist noch nicht mal 1* (Stern) wert. Wenn ich meine Geld nicht zu 100% zurückbekomme, dann bleibt diese Bewertung aktiv!!

I paid $199 for what was advertised as a premium Dermao IPL device, but what I received was a cheap, unbranded knockoff you can find on Temu for under $20. No logos, no proper packaging—just a generic item falsely marketed as something high-end. Total scam. Avoid this company.

Das ist keine seriöse Firma!!!
Hier sollte man nicht kaufen, das gibt nur Ärger.
Die Firma hat ihren Sitz in China.
Auf der Internetseite wird angegeben, dass der Versand mit DHL erfolgt. Tatsächlich kommt die Ware aus China und wird nicht mit DHL verschickt. Ein rechtlich vorgeschriebenes Impressum hat die Firma nicht.
Also besser nicht kaufen.

Product does not work, seems fake. They promise a full refund within 90 days after purchase but actually tell you to pay for return shipping costs to the US or, if you don't want that "hassle"; a 25% refund without returning the product. Or a 40% refund if you email them. A manager by the name of Chris told me they’d oversee my case and if I sent a video they’d ship a replacement within 24 hrs. I did this is and never heard from Chris again only his offsiders who went back to making the claim that I had to send to America or accept partial refund. This company clearly earns a lot of money by selling fake products to customers, regardless of refund claims. Disgusting! Never have I been more disappointed in a company.

Dermao.com is a scam. They give you a cheap “IPL device” that is fake. It doesn’t turn on and they won’t actually let you refund the item. They make you jump through hoops but you won’t ever see a dime back. Do not buy unless you want to throw away $150

Katastrophe und nicht weniger. Am 13. Mai 2025 habe ich ein Gerät bestellt. Bis heute, zum 16. Mai 2025 habe ich keine Lieferung und keine Rückzahlung erhalten.

Dermao.com is a fraud scam business. They sent different item to what was paid for and it didn't work. On Alibaba this cheap junk item sells for $12.50 for a single unit; I paid more than $150. They want device returned for refund but won't give a true return address. Google has 4 pages of businesses at the street address Dermao is supposed to operate from in Florida. Others have had the same experience; one return address Dermao used turned out to be a Salvation Army charity shop! My niece asked her chat group for their experiences with Dermao and she was overwhelmed with similar issues to reviews above; no refund, fake return address etc Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star rating; it should be -5 star! This business operates under several names but scam is the same with every business. Parent company according to PayPal is Interactive Ecommerce LLC. Another frequent name they use is Cosara.com.

Do not buy! Scam! The product is junk. Then you try to return it. They want you to pay to ship it back and restocking fee. Plus they offer you 40% then 50% and keep products. Why would I want to keep products. Wish I researched better! . I am having my credit card dispute. Such a scam please don’t fall for it like I did.

Do not buy from this company.They are fraud. I was not happy with the item and sent an email that I would like a refund . They told me I had 14 days from the dayI reported the return and they sent me a fake address to send the item to. I sent it via FedEx just to be sure it gets there within time frame. FedEx could not deliver because the address was at thrift store in fort, lauderdale . They tried to offer me a 60 percent refund to keep product.I am still going back and forth with them to send me the correct address and I have not heard from them.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DERMAO.
