SCAM!!!
I ordered an item from this site on 2/4/25, here are the issues I’ve faced:

- I was overcharged by £4. This was intentional and they hoped I wouldn’t notice. I’ve been emailing them since the 2nd April asking for my money back. They said I was accidentally overcharged and they are claiming they have sent the money back to my PayPal account. I don’t even have a PayPal account! They keep responding with the same message.

- It’s also been 9days and I haven’t received my order.

- the personal replying to my email is literally copying and pasting the previous message they have sent me.

I’ve requested a full refund now and I really hope they make this easy. If anyone has any advice to help please reach out.

Stay clear of this Company, I have waited 28 days for a delivery and still no sign of my package, I have contacted them on several occasions and they continally blame everyone but themselves, they take no responsibility for delayed delivery, I eventually had to contact PayPal who took my case, and I successfully got reimbursement of my money.

Scam. Take your money, different amount taken from my card..failed to deliver. Tracking says my parcel is in New Castle..they said it had been delivered. Oh..and if I want a replacement..I had to pay again!! Never deal with them. When I continued emailing them they told me they were going on holiday! Now they don't reply st all.

I have been waiting for a month for three pairs of mini dress making scissors - I get regular tracking information showing it processing around the USA to the UK and now on a pedestrian pace around the length and breadth of England. For some reason it is supposedly now in Oxford which is nowhere near where I live. Occasionally, when I complain, they send alternative tracking information in Chinese which shows it is in HongKong. Seems that I have been scammed. It wasn’t until I read another review on here today that I also realised they inflated the price at checkout - I assumed I’d made a mistake at the time of order and stupidly let it go

Avoid, and check how much they charge you! I ordered a stocking filler in November - a pair of embroidery scissors, believing they were a UK company. In the confirmation email I realised that they were in fact based in HongKong, and they had added 20% to the agreed price. I contacted support immediately, and asked them to cancel the order. They hadn’t shipped it, but they refused and said I would have to wait until I received the item and then process a return. They did refund the extra 20% they had sneaked onto my credit card, saying it was just an admin error, though I found a couple of other reviews saying the same had happened to them.

So 3 weeks later, and the item has still not arrived. If it ever does arrive the cost of sending back to China would be greater than just accepting that I’ve been scammed.

DO not buy from these people they are a scam they take your order and don't give you your item customer service is disgusting no help at all there only solution is to not to refund you taking this further!!!!!

Received this beautiful crystal item, and it didnt disappoint. High quality with vibrant colors really stand out. Packaging was secure yet slightly excessive. A simpler, eco-friendly option would be nice. Overall, a delightful addition to my collection.

I found the nail kit fairly decent, although it wasnt mind-blowing. Priced moderately, but shipping was a drag, taking nearly a month. Packaging was decent, nothing too fancy or poor. The design is quite functional, but not particularly innovative or eye-catching.

I ordered 4 drill bits £13.28 I never received this items but density said I received it , you pay for an item and they keep your money what a bunch of crooks , they also said this items coming from USA. but it's really coming from China

Beware of the Chinese companies posing as English.
I made an order for 2 products but was sent 8 and charged in excess of £60, worst part, the product doesn't even work. This company will only refund if I return all to CHINA the costs would likely exceed the refund I'm asking. They offered me £5 which I declined, it's an insult given they are deceptive and dishonest. Had they made it clear in their ads that they are a CHINESE company I would not have made a purchase due to the long delays in delivery and the cost of returning products that do not work. to be honest, most Chinese companies conceal this because they wouldn't make too many sales if it were known. This is not an ethical or honest company and would strongly advise about making any purchase from Densitye.

I ordered what I thought was a pretty cocktail dress for a work event. I received the product and it's a Halloween costume not a cocktail dress. So disappointing! I wanted to return but they said it would cost more to ship back and offered a $5 refund which I have yet to receive. They also charged me an extra $7.37 for some reason but did credit that back to my account.

SCAMMERS, nothing arrived, been 7 weeks & wont refund

Placed an order with this company and was then charged an additional 20% to my card that I was not expecting to pay. I emailed customer services to ask to cancel the order who acknowledged my request. 2 Weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund. I am just about to submit a chargeback request with my credit card company to recoup my money. Very dodgy practices for this company, who still send me 30% offers for the same product I was interested in. AVOID!

Alessio - Men's summer swimwear shorts

These are not swim shorts. These are the same quality as basketball shorts but a very short version of them.

The advertising of these shorts as swimwear/swim shorts is misleading. Swim shorts should have the mesh inside, these have nothing and therefore making them just shorts to wear around the house or for a stroll at the beach BUT not for a swim. The fabric is not (nylon) of typical swim shorts either and it's definitely not high quality, nothing made in China for cost cutting purposes is high quality material and especially at the price advertised (original price £40 mad.....but reduced to £19.95) to make it look like its actually good quality and reduced in price. Finally, the V shape like cut on the side of the thigh is at least x5 times bigger in the shorts received than what you see in the picture.

In my case I did not buy what I thought I would be based on the description and pictures of this product. Unfortunately very misleading to say the least.

The packaging was excellent, ensuring the crystal arrived undamaged. I was impressed with the bubble wrap and foam, providing the needed cushion during transit. It didn't feel lightweight or cheap but had a decent weight signifying its quality. It took a bit long to arrive, but the wait was worth it. Overall, a positive experience.

Customer service is awful. Dont buy from them. And the products are bad too

Went on line last night to purchase a product, but when I got to selecting 1 and ready to to pay......a window came up offering a discount. I couldn't get rid of the window which presumably was obscuring the link to finalise payment. I kept trying until in the end I gave up. But, today I find 4 purchases, amounting to around £60 for something that cost £8.10 or thereabouts. I'm disputing this because it was misleading and at no point did I get the usual on screen message to confirm the purchase. I was really keen to give this company a try based on very good reviews here, but now, I would never purchase anything from them again if they can't set up a website with a smooth path to payment and notification when you have paid. Just not professional and not transparent, felt like a bit of a scam. Have asked my bank to dispute this I do not want nearly £60 worth of a £8. product, that's if it were ever to arrive!
