Duplicate order without authorisation. 2 orders processed either by fraud or by inadequate and unprofessional website program. Tried to purchase a speaker, not just a duplicate order. 1st order was £15 Inc postage, 2nd was £19. Used PayPal as always with Facebookpurchases. Raised immediate alert after email invoices showed 2 orders. Densiyte responded and gave a partial refund on the one PayPal transaction for the unexplained extra £4 for the unauthorised 2nd order and that has somehow shown on the disputed transaction as refunded even though it's just for a few quid not the additional £15. Sneaky loophole move. I see it, I'm not leaving it. Sly conduct. Initial email responses and now silence. It's not just about a few quid it's that these companies do this and people give up the bother. We all buy shit that we know is a bit shit but don't take the piss. You make money so don't sly the extra.
My advice is not worth the hassle. You don't need what they're flogging

Ordered highland cow , not only they charged £4 more from my card . Delivery showed that it's coming from US and took over a month to be in the UK . I opened dispute at PayPal, densitye sent to PayPal different tracking number to one they gave to me and on that new tracking the parcel was sent on the next day after I opened dispute and from China . Cow arrived and it looks awful, small and very poor quality. PayPal closed my case not in my favour, so I have £1 worth soft toy for nearly £20 . Stay away from this company

I bought 2 mugs, they were smaller than they looked on the photos and the glass was very thin. Wouldn’t buy anything else from this company, I was really disappointed as they are for presents

Since my item arrived in the UK the highland cow cuddly toy I have not received any information for over a month, I think it's a scam

Ordered 3 of the cuddly Highland cows, after reading comments on lots of these sellers, Densitye seemed the best one.
Spent £45 2months ago and still waiting delivery...lots of tracking updates but then...Nothing once allegedly arrived in UK.
Contacted customer service who did reply back saying would re send....Guess What?? Still not arrived and tracking saying Error.
Will be claiming money back and raising complaint via PayPal.
Im mad with myself for going with a company off social media, 1st time i have done it...Lesson Learnt.😤

They claim the parcel was delivered yet cannot provide a photo of the delivery. It wasn't delivered to me and their customer service is cold and uncaring. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Just over charged me by £5 how can you report this?

I ordered 3 “blind dates with a book”. I was meant to receive a lovely wrapped book, face mask, nice stickers, nice pen all packaged up nicely. Instead, I received a couple of rubbish Stickers, and cheap printed pirated chapter of Nicolas Sparks book and one sheet of wrapping paper and a rubbish pen.

They also charged me more than what my bill totalled.

I emailed and asked them to cancel the order, and they said they couldn't process it until I got the order and returned it. Shipping to China is very expensive and the order is maybe worth £5 tops. l and not spending £40 to return rubbish!

SCAM company. Avoid.

The company overcharged me on payment site, thinking i wouldn't notice. I've waited over a month for my item to arrive, said it was in Belfast for a week, waiting for a local courier. The scammers gave me a faulty tracking number. When I contested payment, my Date With a Book parcel arrived, from an internal posting service with no customs information. When I opened the item, it was not as described. There was no facial mask and my book was a printed pamphlet of a romance book- not the horror book I ordered. The company did not respond to my request for a return. Absolute scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Absolute scam. Ordered date with a book, was meant to be a full horror book, a facemask, book mark, animated pen, stickers and cute bits. All in recieved was a piece of paper, cardboard and a basic 20p pen. I asked for a refund as I paid almost £18 and they offered me £3. Scam site. Avoid at all costs!

Never been that disappointed in my entire life! Ordered Halloween Horror Blind Date with a Book... and received some very badly printed Nicolas Sparks romance, I don't even think it's full book but like few pages. There supposed to be a face mask but I only got a bat shaped piece of paper with words "facial mask" on it. Some stickers, black pen and bookmark that is not even Halloween themed.

Absolute rip off. Ordered three blind dates with a books Waited three weeks. Contacted them to complain they took two payments. Refund for the extra payment processed immediately. Had high hopes for what was coming They weren’t even cheap,,, Much cheaper companies that do the same thing here in the UK What came can only be described as a joke 😡😡😡. Some stickers and a pen. If you look closely the label is even spelled wrong. It says blind dale with a book and not date ,,,, I have asked the bank for my money back as what was advertised is not what I have gotten. Absolute disgrace. Company should be shut down ,,, Should be ashamed of ripping people off.

AVOID. I ordered a few ‘blind date with a book’, and what came can only be described as an absolute SCAM! Packaged horrendously, supposed to have face mask, tied nicely, and a BOOK. What came is a flimsy ‘magazine’ basically a chapter of a book, cheaply printed on paper. I ordered 2 different kinds of books, yet the exact same copy was in all. Absolute scam. I have emailed to request a refund/return but awaiting a reply. Honestly so disappointed. Especially considering a waited 2 weeks for this garbage.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered beginning of June, it's now 14th August and tracking still showing in Edinburgh since 12.7.25, now saying it's been lost
Customer service are horrendous, trying to charge me again to send another item out and charge me shipping or I can have a refund but they'd have to take the cost of the item off, that's not a refund
I paid shipping insurance and they should be claiming off their insurance for a lost item and I should receive another item completely FOC, they probably aren't insured or know what that means

I brought a speaker from them which will not power up with my phone. My son‘s phone my daughter‘s phone my grandchildren‘s phone. I asked for a refund. The speaker cost about £12 and I was offered two. I said no and then I was offered £4. I said no do not use this company. It takes a long time for you to receive what you want and then when you receive it, it doesn’t work. It’s too expensive for you to send back so really you’ve lost out completely. I do not recommend this company to anybody. I feel very letdown.

Still no order months later keep sending me delivery emails it is in United states I’ve told them I’m uk. Scam don’t buy

Still waiting for the delivery. When enquired. They said there was a problem with the delivery and they had to send it back won't give me a replacement only offer a partial refund. Saying I need to except that they can't be out of pocket.... Never buy from this site.

I ordered the lady smoking burner and she is a totally different skin tone to what she is advertised at.
