I have been blown away by my results!!!
I have been blown away by my results in 4 months, really happy, I’ve used the 2 in 1 spray twice a day, shampoo twice a day, taken the dht blocker sweet every day also and then I have used the derma roller twice a week which I was told to do at the start,
My hair is a lot healthier, it’s thicker, and the areas where I had gone thinner and bold they are grown back, I’ve taken photos every month to show my progress and the difference from the first photo to the present day is a massive change,
I was very sceptical like most people are, but I’ve never missed a day with my spray or shampoo or doing the derma roller and it’s worked for me so far, really recommend this company, I had never done anything like this before but now I have more confidence with my hair and the compliments I am getting from people telling me I haven’t aged or I look younger etc is happening all the time

Misleading advertising
I paid full price and they sent me some cheap bottle which doesn’t match the product bottle advertised on the website. The spray nozzle stopped working so I had to buy an empty spray bottle which is not a big deal - but when you charging me £117 for three bottles of formula, Please deliver your yellow square bottles advertised on the site. There are other brands who are slightly cheaper with better service. Anyways, I wanted to wait and see the results after three months before writing my whole experience with Dense. The formula is okay and I can see some tiny small new growths after three months. But not sure I would buy from them again after the bottle issues.

Please don't waste your money on these products. The only way to regain lost hair is via a transplant. Once the hair follicle is gone, it's gone.
Ask yourself this - if this stuff really worked, then why doesn't everyone use it? It would be groundbreaking and plastered everywhere. Instead, it's via advertising.
Come on people. Don't disrespect yourselves.

3months in and no signs of any improvements. I never received the guarantee email and I’ve enquired if I can activate guarantee at this stage before I waste any more money and the answer from their agent was no. Brand new customers only. So all the marketing about the ‘guys’ believing in the product and looking after their customers isn’t true.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Three months is still very early in the process, and most people start to see visible results after around six months of consistent treatment.
Regarding the money-back guarantee, the terms and conditions are clearly stated on our website. To be eligible, photos must be submitted before starting treatment and then every month so we can review your progress. As we did not receive any submissions from you, you are unfortunately ineligible for the guarantee.
Our pharmacist also tried to contact you to discuss your options, but we never received a response. If you’re still open to continuing the journey we’d love to discuss this with you.

Great product
Have been using this product for around 11 months now and couldn't be more pleased. My hair was thinning at the front and one area on the crown. I have used the full treatment (shampoo, spray and vitamins) and have been impressed. The thin patch on top has gone and I now have a full and growing fringe. Great product and the team are always really helpful

After using for around a year the results have been amazing. Specifically used the medicated topical spray and it has been by far the most successful option I have used (this is with using topical sprays for circa 4 years on and off). I couldn’t recommend more!

I’ve been using Dense products since mid October 2024 and can honestly say it’s the best decision I made. I used to have a quiff a few years ago and before dense my hair was receding dry and couldn’t do much with it - now I’m growing it again and can style my hair the way I used to with confidence! I use the shampoo and conditioner sea salt spray and I use the roller then apply the treatment spray, I can safely say the trip to turkey won’t be happening anytime soon pun intended but my hair is as Dense as it’s ever been

Genuinely it works....
At first I was very apprehensive to use the product, after careful research I came across Dense Hair experts, the customer service was exceptional and answered all my questions. I have a sensitive scalp so the bespoke product was designed specifically for my needs. Minimum hassle with the spray but exceptional results just 3 months in. I am so happy with the product and will continue to use for the foreseeable.

From Bad Transplant to a happy chappie.
Two years ago, I had a hair transplant that went horribly wrong—think less "hair goals" and more "why did I do this?" I was left feeling pretty hopeless about finding a solution, and I’d pretty much written off all hair growth products as a waste of time and money. Two months in and my hair feels…
Two months in and my hair feels noticeably thicker. I like how it looks and even like running my hand through it (which I used to hate because of the feeling thinning hair).
I bought a 3 month supply and definitely will be ordering more. Encourage by the results so far and keen to know how it is after further use.

I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of response to my emails. All I want is my money back. I placed an order, but the prescription form wasn’t sent until I chased it up. I promptly filled it out and submitted it, but since then, I’ve heard nothing.
I’ve emailed three times requesting a refund and order cancellation, but there’s been no acknowledgment or update. This level of service is terrible—what is going on?

An AI bot is essentially all they have for customer service. Product is average when you actually look at the ingredient profile. 2nd order was around 2/3 weeks late.

Good products - poor service
Good products - poor service. I've been using Dense for a few months now and I'm generally happy with how my hair's looking as a result. I've also been impressed with the free gifts they've thrown in on the ocassion. However, a sign of a good company is how they react when things go badly and I've not been impressed with Dense's lack of communication and proactivity following a recent issue. My order got delayed with DPD, which meant I wouldn't receive it in time for my holiday. Several emails later, I finally got a call from someone at Dense who blamed DPD, despite DPD suggesting it was Dense's responsibility to open a case. The operator told me he'd get another product to me the same day but this wasn't dispatched and I'm now left with nothing for 2 weeks. Whether or not this impacts my hair growth isn't the point - I have paid for a product I haven't received and shouldn't have to put this much effort into receiving it.

Misleading website
On the page for its All-in-1 Topical Spray, Dense describes what makes for an "effective hair growth formula".
It talks about the benefits of not only expected ingredients like Minoxidil and Finasteride, but also Dutasteride, Curcuma Longa, Saw Palmetto, Rosemary Oil, Lavender Oil, Cedar Woodoil, Sandalwood Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Tea Tree Oil, and Juniper Oil.
It also talks about about how it has 5x more active ingredients, 3x higher concentration, and 2x better absorption through a "unique delivery agent".
So imagine the surprise when all you actually get is a spray that contains a normal dose of 5% Minoxidil + 0.1% Finasteride in a standard Ethanol and Propylene Glycol base.
Not only does it not contain the majority of ingredients that Dense themselves claim make for an "effective hair growth formula", it actually contains less Minoxidil & Finasteride than a few of its competitors (who sell for cheaper).
This makes the majority of its marketing copy seem like lies. It feels like a scam, honestly.

Great service
I just want to go ahead and apologise to Dense hair as I gave them one star review last time because I didn’t know but when you go ahead and order any product of this company you get a email back asking you to fill-in the questionnaire which I think is a brilliant idea so I gave one star review not realising this but after speaking to the team and Jamie about this today he’s put my confidence back into buying more products from this company, I am looking forward to receiving my products and once again I just want to say a big thank you to Jamie and his team…👍👍👍👍👍
