Moving to a dentist closer to home, my wife and I chose the Denplan dentist as our way forward, very pleased how quickly we were accepted and starting new treatment plans so soon.

I had problems registering my account online and had to contact customer service. I got connected to El Goldthorpe who was very helpful and provided me with additional information that was needed. She assured me that she was available to be contacted again if i encounter any future difficulties or information. Excellent customer service El!!

The experience in talking to a member of staff was fine. It is the denplans themselves I am not so happy with. They are very, limited, in that there is little choice of plan which in themselves include things without patient choice. If the plan is changed to a lesser one, then cost is minimally different but with a greater loss of benefits. The plans need to offer more choice to suit the patient as they are not cheap.

We were very impressed with the service…
We were very impressed with the service we recieved from the emergency help line when my husband broke a tooth. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about our dental practise who could not fit my husband in for 4 days even though they have a contract with denplan

Not worth the complicated claim
So complicated they didnt pay my last claim because Id not got the correct receipts they said they needed more than just a receipt they wanted a full breakdown of a check up????? This time they keep sending it back because even though I have a ploicy that covers my and my husband I have to claim twice once for me and once for him. It would be helpful if that was made clear when claiming instead of wasting my time
