Horrible!! Shoes were low quality, basically plastic and not worth the money paid. When requesting refund they want to haggle you with only giving you 15 to 20% of your refund back and a voucher to buy more of their low quality product. Very disappointed!! I do not recommend

J'ai porté la robe « Elegant » pour une occasion spéciale, et elle était magnifique. Les finitions et les couleurs sont éclatantes. Denerova sait créer des vêtements tendance. Dans l'ensemble, j'en suis très satisfaite.

J'ai commanddé une paire de boucles d'oreilles, et elles sont magnifiques. Leur finition brille de mille feux et s'accorde avec toutes les tenues. La marque propose des bijoux tendance qui rehaussent véritablement le style de tous les jours. Une expérience formidable !

L'ensemble de nuit en satin de Denerova est incroyablement confortable et élégant. J'adore sa texture soyeuse et sa coupe flatteuse. La marque met clairement l'accent sur le style et le confort. Je suis absolument ravie de mon achat.

I purchased 2 external USB SSD drives from this company that were advertised as 8TB, when I tried to use one I couild only write around 100GB of data to it and it was full. I used some test software and checked the capacity of the drive and it was 100GB not 8TB.
I contacted Derenova and they refused to refund my money or provide a working replacement. I pointed out that under the Consumer Rights Act they were obliged to give me a full refund or a working version of what I ordered but they insist their T&Cs take precedence over the law which is wholly inaccurate. I intend to sue them for the refund of my expenditure and costs and damages but I felt it only right to warn other shoppers to avoid this company as they are obviously cheats and thieves and happily provide rubbish and then ignore the law by refusing to refund the scammed customer. Pleas be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worse every first and last experience ever. Bought 8T SSD drive. Won't save data. If does, next day you lose it. Filed claim, sent picture and videos. They sent me replacement after waiting long time. Same issue on the replacement drive. i wasted by 8 hours transferring data yesterday and today i have lost everything.

J'ai commandé un blazer chez Denerova, et il est arrivé plus tôt que prévu. L'emballage était soigné, et tout était bien plié. Il me va bien et est très élégant avec un jean ou un pantalon. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat.

Les longues marches sont devenues nettement plus confortables avec ces chaussures. Elles sont légères, offrent un bon maintien et restent fiables même après plusieurs heures d'utilisation.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. SSD was dead on arrival. They emailed saying they have a 48 hour period to notify of issues, which I was within. Do not buy unless you're willing to part with your money

J'ai commandé une robe pour une sortie le week-end et je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'elle soit aussi agréable à porter. Elle me va parfaitement, le tissu est doux et elle rehausse instantanément mon style. Merci !

J'ai offert un sac fourre-tout à une amie, et elle l'utilise tous les jours maintenant. Le tissu semble résistant et le style est chic sans en faire trop.

Bought a portable SSD, would not work so I complained and they were responsive and sent another. This also did not work.
Very disappointing and cannot recommend.

SSD was complete junk! Said 1TB then 2TB. Sadly neither SSD had more than 14.6GB!!!No refund of money spent!

Realizo un pedido el 16 de Septiembre de 2025, del cual abono con tarjeta el coste del producto + un seguro de pérdida o robo. Después de innumerables emails durante más de 2 meses reclamando datos del envío, me informan que se ha extraviado. Finalmente, el 10/12/2025 me informan que el paquete ha sido localizado en un almacén local y me piden que confirme nuevamente mi dirección antes del 16 de Diciembre para proceder con el envío. El envío nunca me fue entregado, y su respuesta a mis reclamaciones fue que mi dirección era errónea. Esto es totalmente falso ya que les he facilitado mi dirección correcta, en la cual resido desde hace más de 20 años y en la cual recibo toda mi correspondencia así como pedidos online.
A pesar de haber abonado previo al envío el importe del producto más una cantidad adicional por pérdida y robo, Denerova se ha negado a realizar un nuevo envío o reembolsarme el importe previamente abonado.

The shoes arrived yesterday. They felt a bit stiff at first, but after wearing them around the house, they are breaking in nicely. Good value for the money.

The item they sent (an SSD storage device) was not as described. I contacted them for a refund and they quoted terms and conditions that say you must make a claim within 24 hours of delivery (I claimed after only 36 hours, having spent a day working out why it wouldn't work properly).This is contrary to the consumer rights act. I am still in dispute with them so don't waste your money using this company

Je n'étais pas sûr de la taille, alors j'ai commandé une taille au-dessus. Je suis content de l'avoir fait, car elle taille un peu petit. Les coutures sont correctes et elle est parfaite pour aller au travail. Je rachèterais volontiers chez eux.

Bought a smart watch from them for $132.00. To charge you need to remove the band and to do this i had to use two screwdrivers. Couldn't force the band back on. The BP monitor stinks. It showed 116/79 when my BP was 138/79. They said hold my hand higher. Same results. This watch is dangerous. The BP is always the same as if it is fixed, which it may be. Their warranty is 24 hours.

I would give no stars if possible. I ordered an external hard drive which is a complete scam. Did not work at all. They then have a policy that you have to return within 24 hours! Do NOT trust this company - they are scammers.

The satin nightwear set is incredibly soft and looks good on me. I sleep so comfortably and feel elegant ever at home. The quality is superb, and I’m very happy with this stylish set.
