This is a total scam. Ordered one product and waa charged for two, no way to contact the company to resolve the issue

This Chinese company operates multiple international websites all claiming the same thing, but is a complete scam.
The same products are sold under various names - Deluxeskin, Lanveza, Lux Skin etc - and all are shipped from China. Their tracking info is fake - it states packages have been picked up from within the country of delivery when in fact they’re in China - and they take far longer than 4-6 days to arrive. The product itself, if it does ever arrive, is evidently typical of these shoddy Chinese companies, being dangerous and doesn’t function as claimed. The company also operates fraudulent / fake test & review websites which conveniently find their products to be the best, one such version even uses Trust Pilot branding and calls itself TrustPilotbeauty.

The 120 day refund policy does not exist. Be prepared to throw your money away. Have send multiple and I mean multiple emails to customer service with no response. This company is a scam. Should have been wiser, any company from China is a fraud

Any time I went to make a tracking inquiry (because the 2 day shipping took 3 weeks), and then any time I went to request a refund, the website was conveniently labeled "website not found". I'm probably going to be stiffed $200, and I'm not convinced of the product. It's been 2 months and there hasn't been a whole lot of reduction yet. I dont trust it at all.

do not buy from this company. Bad product, the website claims they will refund you but they do not reply to your emails. No way to get any refund at all!!!

TOTAL SCAM company. Ordered a unit and the next day received an email that I had updated my order by adding a second unit. I did NOT approve this.

Tried to email them several times to cancel, no response.

Will be reporting to Pinterest where I found this product originally.

I received a defective device, it doesn’t even work. Instructional manual has misspellings and grammatical errors. When trying to return, they keep demanding videos of the broken device. I’ve sent two videos, recording exactly what they asked for, complying with their requests within days of receiving the device and a form email keeps requesting new videos.

I ordered the IPL system. It took longer to deliver than advertised. It arrived and doesn't work. Customer service asked for a video but their email system blocks videos according to the Google mail bounce back. I've responded showing them the bounce back and nothing. If this was a cheap device, a slow or non responsive service team might be OK. But it isn't. So as soon as people say 1) this doesn't work and 2) your system isn't allowing me to provide you the information you requested, the response should be near immediate.

Scam company! Never purchase! First the DeluxeSkin IPL said free 4-5 day shipping. It took 20 days until I received the product. I emailed them multiple times while anxiously waiting for the product and they would respond within a day or two.

When I finally received the product it came from China then from a bogus address in Illinois. The packaging and item did not say DeluxeSkin anywhere. The instructions in side were clearly poorly translated into English. The directions were different than online and had additionally user warnings and said could not be used on the bikini line which on the DeluxeSkin website said that it could be used. Also it said that you couldn’t use the product when “during menstration, pregnant, or breastfeeding” along with other health warnings. If I could upload picture to this review of the scam item I was sent I would.

I sent pictures to DeluxeSkin of the product, instructions, and packaging that was sent to me. They still refused to give me a full refund. The product sent to me was clearly not the one that was advertised. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from DeluxeSkin. It’s a total scam! I’m still fighting to get a total refund.
