Excellent customer service

Took a week to prcess the order. Ordered a little bit under a month ago and still the tracking number doesnt work? No email updates or tracking information. Starting to think I got scammed. - I’ll update if anything changes

i got shoes from here and after reading these reviews im starting to get worried on if there real or not because they were $150 i was wondering how i cancel my order?

I would rate my experience a 0 if it were possible. I understand the shipping time from this website is a little longer given they are based out of Israel; international shipping is also quite cheap at $5.00, so no issues there. My problem is that the status of my order has been “Processing” for 17 days now. Customer service did reply to ONE of my messages after 3 days stating my order was shipped, but no update was made in the system and they continue to ignore my messages requesting a tracking number. Very poor customer service and assurance to customers that their business is legitimate. I wish to also note that my payment was processed at time of purchase, then deposited back into my account about a week later, then withdrawn again. This made me feel very uneasy. I only noticed all the negative reviews after purchasing my shoes and now feel like an idiot for paying market price for shoes that will more than likely be fake if they even arrive. Buyer beware and learn from my mistake!

Firstly I didn’t get my order it is delivered but I don’t get it and then I contact with them they send me another pair of shoes. Thanks for being so nice.

My experience with Deltitech and the entire process of ordering, order modification and shipping was great.
I had to reach out to the client support, to make sure I’ve ordered the right size. Apparently I haven’t, so the order was updated promptly.
It took few weeks for the order to arrive, which was expected, considering the distance.
Overall, great selection of products, smooth and easy purchase experience and great customer service.
Highly recommend.

The shoes seemed authentic but fit too tight so I wanted to return for the next size. Their policy is that the customer pays for return shipping to some address in China. The shoes cost $165 but the shipping by Fedex would be well over $200. In effect, there are no returns! Their lying website claims "Easy Return". Don't deal with this sleazy company!!! Update May 6: they offered me $100 to delete this review.

In response to their reply, they insist on tracking, which makes the cost prohibitive. Call a few carriers and see for yourself. What's worse, I found one customer reviewer who paid for the shipping but the package was rejected by the address. I also found many reviews from customers who received fake products of various quality. So, read their terms and reject them. Don't let your quest for a hot but unavailable shoe lead you down this hole.

Happy with my purchase. Shoes arrived in perfect condition. Would def recommend and will shop with this company again

The delivery was long, but the shoes arrived and were well packaged. The quality of the shoes is excellent.

The overall experience was great. Shoes came in time so I was able to take them on my vacation. Love the shoes themselves and the packaging with the scent bags was a great touch. Would defiantly shop with Deltitech again. Can't wait to order my next pair to add to my collection.
