This is my third time ordering shoes from this company and I’m always satisfied with my order. The shoes is always in great condition. The shipping is fast. The boxes is in a good condition and my son loves everything.

This review is negative stars for the most frustrating online experience I have ever had. I ordered shoes from this company and they were too large. I contacted them at least 8 times and had no response. I posted a Trustpilot review and suddenly they contacted me with instructions on how to fill out forms (took thirty minutes) and pack for return. I had to pay $47.00 US dollars to get the label! Then they instructed me to take it to UPS for shipping. UPS rejected it saying the label was not correct and not generated by any company they knew. Now I have sent that information to Deltitech and of course have had no response. I want my entire amount plus the $47 returned asap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I never received a refund from this company so I appealed to my credit card company and they refunded cost of shoes but not the $47 that I had to pay for the return.

They helped me cancel my order and get a refund very efficiently.

Very reputable and honest company. And their prices very reasonable I had a great experience shopping with them.

Ordered shoes of the size I have always ordered, after receiving the shoes they fit a whole size smaller. To exchange them they make you pay for the return shipping charges, costing over $40. So the deal you were getting finding them online, beware where they are coming from.

Horrible customer service. Response time is over several days and only through Whatsapp

I was expecting the sneakers to take awhile to be delivered but they came early! When I had a question they were so quick to respond. I’ve ordered from this site twice and have always had a great experience!

I had ordered a pair of triple black Nike reactx rejuven8’s about 3 weeks ago. It took them to process the order 2 weeks and then another week to actually ship it (received today). Now, I wouldn’t have a problem with this if it wasn’t for the product I received. What was supposed to be a triple black pair of the Nike clogs, I received a fake pair which had a white Nike tick meaning they weren’t real as that variation of the shoe doesn’t exist on Nikes official release. I have a real pair that I had bought previously and the differences are very visible and very obvious. Don’t waste your time and don’t order as the customer service is atrocious. If pictures were shareable here I would show everyone the exact disappointment I’m talking about.

Be careful with this website. First, they charge $15 for shipping, and when their misleading online shoe sizing forces you to request an exchange, they require an additional $27 exchange shipping fee. Second, their customer service is unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, making communication nearly impossible

Took a full month - yes 4 weeks to deliver the order. Customer service was shockingly bad! Only way to contact them was by email or WhatsApp and it often took days or even a week before I would get a response if they answered at all! They have an 48 hour cancellation policy, which I tried to do but I didn’t get a reply for a couple of days which meant I was outside of the cancellation time frame. When they did reply I was told my order had shipped. Which it hadn’t and they could not provide me with a shipping number. Extremely frustrating, I thought the company was fake and I had been scammed! After I reported this company to my bank I finally got my order. Not convinced they are real Yeezys, but I refuse to pay the shipping to return them.

The fit was great and its very comfortable.
And it came on time. Awesome.
I have been shopping here for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.

Product was a replica, not authentic. Return process is garbage, wanted to charge me $70 to return fake product. Seems very illegitimate. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

It came in as it should but I had trouble tracking the order. The product itself was awesome and I would highly recommend.

Be careful — don’t buy from them. I received fake sneakers that smelled strongly of glue. When I told them they were not authentic, they suggested I spray them with perfume and air them out. The customer service was terrible. I wanted to return them, but they told me I’d have to pay for shipping to China out of my own pocket.

My grandmom had ordered me Yeeze slides for my birthday on July 20th 2025 and we have not received them or have heard no news.

Great runners, quick delivery. I’m very happy with my purchase.
