Buyer beware I bout 2 pairs of Jordan 1’s and both are fake. Check check the app and Cola Kicks NY in deer park, NY both confirmed it. After I posted a negative review here they offered me a refund and even money to take down my bad review. I don’t understand why trust pilot trusts them when so many people are saying the same thing. I posted on Instagram stating buyers beware fake sneakers and they blocked me and never contacted me until I disputed it with my credit card company. They claim they are UA sneakers that means unauthorized sneakers. Tell me how they can claim them to be real?! Buyers beware this is a fraud company

This is a fraud company please be aware. I had a very bad experience last year. I have spent $250. But I have got fake Nike Air Jordan’s. And after I have complained to trust pilot. They deleted my review. They said you have send us blurry pictures. Tell me how many pictures you want I can send you. You trust that fake company. I am very disappointed. I still have that fake shoes in same broken box. Please let me know you want I can send you . It’s untoched shoes. Please don’t remove my review I have a full right to say . What I have gone through. Waste of time, customer service says 24/7 and they don’t respond. Their WhatsApp shows no one has read messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are a con…. Currently trying to see if I can recover my money thru the bank….

The company is real but the shipping takes time. 10 out of 10 my daughter is happy with her air jordans :)

Hey guys, I don't normally write reviews but I felt somewhat obligated to do so after my recent experience purchasing sneakers from Deltitech.
I was really worried about getting scammed but not only did the shoes arrive in perfect condition...they arrived lightning fast! To be totally honest, im still rather shocked that it wasn't a scam considering how cheap the sneakers were compared to most other places.

The bell-ends claiming that Deltitech is an untrustworthy company are completely full of shït!!!
I live in Perth WA & my order arrived in under 2 weeks. I would also like to make it clear that this review was not incentivised by anyone in any way..Im just genuinely blown away that everything went as smooth as it did. WINNING!! 😁

AT FIRST I WAS REALLY SKEPTIC BECAUSE OF LISTENING TO OTHERS AND PLUS SEEING SOME OF THE REVIEWS.
THIS IS FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE. FIRST OFF, IT'S NOT LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO RESPOND BACK TO US, PEOPLE HAVE TO REALIZE THAT THEY DO GET BUSY. PLUS THEY ARE OUT THE COUNTRY. THEY PROVIDE SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE GLOBE. SO FOR THOSE THAT ARE READING THIS STOP BEING SO IMPATIENT AND IGNORANT. DON'T GET YA TOO FAR BY BEING LIKE THAT. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE BY ALL MEANS. YOU WANT THE BEST PRODUCTS SOMETIME YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR A BIT. THAT'S WITH ALMOST EVERYTHING IN LIFE.
OVERALL, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY ITEMS. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE TO PICK IT UP. IT WAS DELIVERED RIGHT TO MY DOOR. DELTITECH HANDLE MY ITEMS WITH CARE. MADE SURE IT WAS PACKAGED RIGHT AND EVERYTHING AND YA TOOK THE TIME TO LACE THE SHOES UP. THAT WAS ON POINT FOR ME. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR COMPANY AND SERVICE. They don't respond to messages. I wanted to cancel my order. They responded after a week and told me its shipped. It's month now and my order was never shipped and i didn't heard from them. Now i'm waiting if the bank accept my chargeback.

Purchased AJ1 high's came quickly after 15 days to Canada, brand new, packed great and of course authentic! Thank you Deltitech!

Ordered AJ1 Mids, arrived after 10 days to US. Overall great experience, site works flawless, good customer support, I would advise

I ordered a pair of low dunks and once received I instantly knew they were fake; the smell was a dead give away (they smelled like straight industrial glue / adhesive). Not only that but the Jordan symbol wasn’t as clean as it normally would be. Otherwise it was a decent dupe but anyway.. same day I emailed requesting a return, since their website says they accept returns within 14 days…. No word… emailed again to follow up… no word… that initial email was sent over 1 month ago. Needless to say I will be submitting a dispute with my bank.

We ordered shoes from Deltitech. That part more or less was ok. Delivery took a while but the shoes arrived. They were too small. Deltitech's website said there was a 14 day return period but provided no instructions on how to initiate the return. I emailed Deltitech. No response. I WhatsApp them. No response. The clock was ticking. I finally told my credit card company about the issue. They pursued it. 6 weeks later Deltitech responded asking me to ship the shoes to China.
