Same here,I rang about an ad thinking oh looks lovely,they then tell me the holiday is not available despite the ad saying it was posted not 1hr before.
They gave me hotels telling me to look them up whilst on line,each hotel had poor reviews,I told them I wanted self catering and a pool-this is a normal holiday requirement!
So the driver takes me to a hotel in the city far away from the area where all the resorts are,I ask the receptionist if there are self catering facilities, of course not she says, this is a business hotel! I asked if there was a pool,no! I got to the room,it looked out on a huge wall,no daylight in there,just beds and a wardrobe, I started panicking wondering how on earth I could get by 2 weeks with just a few scruffy tshirts and shorts,how am I meant to feed myself, I went back to receptionist in tears at this point, after a long call to delta they agree to switch hotels and tell me I must find my own way there
I agree to travel down the next day because I had been up the entire night at Luton for the 0735 flight
I asked a bunch of times why they refused to pay for me to go to new hotel,they gave me bs about how it was to do with the supplier, it cost 100€ by taxi so I took a bus,got to new hotel about 4hrs later,very hot tired and stressed, the receptionist there as soon as sees me tells me he is busy dealing with others,he eventually gets to me saying there is no such booking, I started to insist and show him the email which incidentally only says the apartment name and my name,not the words confirmed.Receptionist starts to lose his temper and starts shouting at me to leave,I stand there shaking he then grabs my bags and puts them on the street,he pushed me outside and I sat on the wall crying badly still on hold to this company
After 30mins or so he storms back out and gestures at me he slammed keys at me saying any problems I would go
I am still trying to get my transfer back to the airport on my last day confirmed by this company
I emailed twice,whatsapped rang them only to be cut off 3 times
They ruined my holiday and took a significant amount of my hard earned cash doing so
I have a bad feeling I should just get a bus to the airport when it's time to leave otherwise they'll mess me around totally and I'll be stranded here
Not only is this hotel run by an %££^^^ but it's unsafe here,I looked up recent reviews which are about thefts! On my first night i heard a key in my door,I was terrified and screamed,my door has a dodgy weak lock on it
I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either
It's been a sh£%% dreadful experience

Terrible terrible Company paid in full…
Terrible terrible Company paid in full up front for a holiday just under £6000 got to the Airport to be turned away because Delta holidays didn’t pay the airline and our holiday was cancelled ! Delta Holiday gave us a refund but trying to get hold of someone to get the rest of the moneys back car parks transfers food drinks fuel etc etc we are left out of pocket and they are laughing at us , all of them are at a guess maybe Indian or similar with a name of Donald , Danial or Sid , apparently only 2 of them run customer service and one of them deals with payments only !
I am at my witts end with them but I want my money back !!

Do NOT touch this company with a bargepole!
Last year we gad a wonderful holiday in Marrakesch booked through Delta/ Galaxy holidays. We decided to go back again this year. All went well until we got to our hotel only to find that no booking had been made. To be fair, Delta were very good and found us a superior hotel. However, we lost one day of our 7 day holiday, we were caused a lot of stress and had to pay for a taxi between hotels. I was told this smallsum would would be reimbursed. Since we returned home I have sent many emails and have telephoned both Delta and Galaxy repeatedly. To date, all have been ignored. We're going back next year but we certainly won't be booking through them!
