This was my first time using this company to organise a trip for myself and 3 friends. We realised we were asking a lot especially as our departure dates were in the school holidays which are always more expensive and with less choice. Keith Simmonds however, was absolutely incredible and pulled out all the stops to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and at a very reasonable price. He was so patient with four women who kept changing their minds and nothing was too much trouble for him. I will definitely be using Keith for all future bookings and have already recommended him and his services to others. Thank you Keith for all your help, you were an absolute star.

This one star is for Jordan Kay, he was as very nice and helpful when booking, one hour later price went up £560, this was because only superior room available however when we got to hotel they had us a basic room when got in touch with Jordan certainly not as pleasant, in fact cut off the conversation when we asked for a refund of £560.

As per our initial conversation and the confirmation documents you received, the room type was clearly mentioned. However, some hotels may misinform customers about room types due to various internal policies, including possible overbooking situations. In such cases, hotels sometimes allocate rooms differently and claim that all rooms are the same, which is not always accurate.
We take such matters seriously, and we’d like to investigate this further for you. We will escalate this with our hotel suppliers, who will investigate the matter with the hotel to determine what went wrong.

It was a little slow but eventually we got somewhere and the result i wanted to from Daniel.
Well at first it was a little frustrating because I had to deal with different people evrytime I called. But eventually when I spoke to Daniel he was very helpful and kept to his word. When Daniel.said that he would contact me within 2 days that's was exactly what happen. I can't fault him at all

The Deal Is Real - Thanks Keith Simmonds
Firstly I would like to start by reassuring anyone reading this review, that the company is real. When I was reading reviews it left me with an awful fright that I had been scammed!
I know that the reviews are highly polarizing. Its either an amazing 5 stars or the most diabolical 1 star review.
And when the deal seems too good to be true it can be easier to believe the negativity.
I found the company via Cheeky Trips, you can use the chat bot features on their website or ring the number given. The number on the website didn't work for me but the chat did and then my amazing travel agent Keith Simmonds replied and added me via the companies WhatsApp and finished the rest of my booking search there.
With official booking confirmations sent to my email in an easily downloadable/print format.
My only gripe with the booking is that it takes until midnight to come through. And in a age of digital scams not having instant confirmation or reassurance can be jarring.
Because deals do move fast and rooms get booked quickly we couldn't have the initial deal we wanted but if you are firm about your budget and know the kind of experience and place you want to go the agents are amazing at finding you a replacement just as ideal.
We wanted Malta for a last minute trip for my partners birthday but the hotel was all
Booked up. Keith was able to find us few alternatives in Malta and some other amazing ones further afield in Turkey.
In the end we went with Turkey, it was a 5* all inclusive trip for 2, costing £619
Flights, food covered. With a 10kg baggage allowance given for free and our hotel transfers organised. Thanks again Keith !
The avena hotel is wonderfully located in alanya, we were able sight see reasonably easy, the beach was within walking distance.
The red tower only 10/15 minutes away via taxi. Beautiful wildlife and very kind locals.
And the hotel had booking reps who help organise activities and exercisions for you with transfers included, pick up and drop off.
Our only gripe was the transfer from the airport on our first day that came late and broke down so made us miss a whole day and dinner.
Otherwise I would have said the trip was flawless. Thank you for helping us creature some unforgettable memories.
