Unbelievable scam. I can't believe these other reviews. I have been waiting for a payment for months, and nobody on the phone can keep their word. Really, truly never had an experience as bad as this.

Did you know that the Delta Auto Protect agents are ASE certified? That is like having a mechanic at my beck and call. On many occasions, they’ve given me the advice I needed to get my car up and running without having to visit a shop. Other places can just tell me what wrong with my truck, Delta Auto Protect can tell me what the problem is, why it is occurring and the best way to fix it. That is going above and beyond customer service.

I only have one car and rely on it on a day to day basis. So when one morning my car wouldn’t start I started to panic! I was so worried when I called DAP and asked them to help me. But they were super friendly and arranged a tow very quickly and even offered me an upgrade to my rental car! The deductible I paid in the end was very minimal and in the end everything worked out great. Thanks DAP for a great warranty!

My night was going great until my car decided to put a monkey wrench in that. I was stranded in an area I was unfamiliar with and a vehicle that had no plans of going forward, or even backwards for that matter. Then it dawned on me that I recently purchased my Delta Auto Protect extended warranty. I was so relieved when they were able to send a tow truck to me and carry us to safety and an auto shop. Ended up being a serpentine belt that broke and caused the alternator to not charge the battery. All in all I only paid my low deductible on my extended warranty and parts and labor to the shop. Grateful and Thankful for having Delta Auto Protect in an uncertain stressful time!

Delta Auto Protect was a life saver. My 2013 Honda Civic overheated on my way to work. I called customer service and after assuring that I was in a safe location the very helpful woman arranged for a tow truck. The tow truck arrived within just a few minutes and took me and my car to a local reputable shop. My poor car needed a new water pump and a head gasket. The total bill would have cost me over a grand but instead all I had to pay was my low deductible! I am so happy I got this warranty and would recommend it to anyone!

Delta Auto Protect is a wonderful company. I am in love with their warranties. It is accepted by all of my local dealers in my area. When my transmission needed to be serviced, Delta Auto had me covered and the price was great. I am in love with their price match promise.

My car would not start and I contacted Delta Auto Protect for assistance. They saved the day! Customer service coordinated a tow for my vehicle to an authorized auto service, and they took care of the rest. I am so fortunate that I had my extended warranty! All I had to pay was the low deductible and everything else was taken care of. Not only did I have the peace of mind having the warranty, but when I needed to use it the service was excellent. I highly recommend Delta Auto Protect!

When I first began to use DAP I was driving a 1995 Buick LaCrosse, the car was older but I didn’t quite want to give her up; so I decided to get a warranty on the car. I chose DAP because even the most basic package covered so much! I would have problems with the car stalling and few other minor maintenance issues but then with this full coverage of warranty from towing to rental accommodations I was quite satisfied ! The only thing that was my responsibility was a low deductible!

Didn’t really know a lot about cars etc but I had never had to pull over on side of road due to my car over heating and had to put antifreeze or water into it , and had to wait for it to cool down my engine alil before starting it up again. But i had to call a tow truck to come and tow my car to the nearest shop cause my car would not start back up after it had water or antifreeze in it to make it cool down but not sure what else is wrong with it , overheated, put antifreeze etc so car won’t start and with auto protection i only had to pay the minimal deductible of $250 , and also thanks to auto protection , I was so stressed about all this with my car but felt less stressful then i could’ve been....Thank you!

I have had my Delta Auto Protect policy for about a year now. Last month, my car was over-heating and then my radiator stopped working. I took my car to the shop and only had to pay the small deductible for Delta to cover all of the repair costs. They even towed my car to the shop and provided a rental car for me until my car was fixed. I don't know what I would have done without this policy. It definitely helped me out. I recommend Delta Auto Protect to all of my friends and family now.

I cancelled a warranty with Delta Auto Protect October 2018. I was informed that my refund would be forthcoming. Now, 4 months and numerous discussions later I have not been paid.

These guys have the fine art of deception down to a science, always giving you just enough misleading encouragement to believe they will actually meet their promises. They have NOT!

A few weeks ago I had the misfortune of experiencing a tire blowout on the highway. I was able to call Delta Auto Protect for assistance and had the pleasure of speaking to the most helpful agent over the phone. Not only was the agent knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation, but he was able to get a tow truck dispatched to me in maybe thirty minutes, tops. The tow truck driver couldn’t change my tire as the wheel was damaged so he loaded my vehicle onto his tow truck and gave me a lift to the nearest mechanic. The extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect covered the roadside assistance and the tow truck ride and saved me hundreds of dollars... but it doesn’t end there. The mechanic had advised me that it would take three days for the repair to be completed. My warranty covered the cost of a rental car for the three day span so I didn’t miss any of the obligations I have. I can’t recommend the extended warranty enough... The only thing I’ve had to worry about is paying a small deductible! The deductible is a small price to pay considering the money I’ve saved using my extended warranty and how easy it was to work with Delta Auto Protect!

Recently I had a problem with my transmission and I was so lucky I was covered by Delta Auto Protect. I broke down during early morning traffic. I immediately pulled over and quickly realized I would need towing to a garage. Delta Auto Protect stepped right in from the moment I called them. They paid for my tow to the nearest garage. When repairs were completed DAP paid my bill leaving me only the deductible! I could not believe it. All of that for a fraction of the cost. Again, I’m lucky to have Delta Auto Protect. I won’t have a car without now.

My experience with Delta Auto Protect has been tremendous. Recently, my vehicle was having some problems while on the road, overheating to be specific. I contacted Delta Auto and not only were they super nice but they were a great help as well. I spoke to the most kind representative and she got a tow truck for me in no time. The only thing I had to worry about was a small deductible. They handled everything else for me and I’m grateful to be covered by Delta Auto. I won’t even think about switching to a different service as I am more than satisfied with them. I recommend 10/10 to anyone. If you go with Delta Auto Protect, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had my battery indicator light on my dashboard to blink off and on for a day. I called the customer care line and explained that my vehicle wouldn't start and the battery light kept flashing on the dashboard. The CS told me to jump it off and try to drive my vehicle in to get put it on the machine. The mechanic told me that my alternator needed to be replaced and that it wouldn't cost me anymore than my deductible. I'm very thankful to say that my vehicle has a new alternator without any hassle.  Thanks Delta!

I am so thankful I purchased the Diamond Premier Extended Auto Warranty because I recently experienced what I thought was a simple dead battery, but it ended up being so much more. And thankfully, I was able to have my car towed and receive a rental car the same day with just a low deductible payment. I could not have survived without this service because I am a single parent and need a vehicle to drive my son to school and get myself to work.

Delta came through for me when I needed them the most. My car was not starting when I got out of work. I didn't know how I would get my kids to school or how I would get to work again, but I needn't worry. Delta arranged for a rental car and also covered the repairs on my vehicle. All I had to pay out of pocket was my deductible which was such a relief. You can definitely rely on Delta in a pinch.

I had an issue with the clutch of my car that made impossible for me to carry on my way home so I had to make this call, i was unsure at the beginning as I though they wouldn't provide the service they offered me at first but they did with fireworks, First I got my car towed by a guy who was very friendly and then i received a rental car in perfect conditions with no problems whatsoever, only thing I had to pay was for the low deductible which I had agreed before. Great experience overall!

First off, Delta Auto Protect is the BEST! I have a 2014 Audi and the more my car is driven, (which is over 100 miles a week) the larger chance I have of something going wrong! My husband talked me into being smart and protecting our car, Id have an empty bank account and Id be walking without it! We arranged for a tow last Friday after our battery dying at the beach, youll never guess what they were able to do for me, they had a tow truck in under 19 minutes and they EVEN had a rental car set up for our family to be able to continue our daily needs to and from with safety being their #1! The only thing we had to worry about was our SUPER low deductible! We have the Diamond Premier and we couldn't be happier!
