I bought my Delta Auto Protect Diamond Premier police 1.5 years ago and have had nothing but hassles. I own a BMW 530i and shortly learned that this coverage is a joke for my car. It would be an plan for a Chevy Cavalier or Ford Escort where they are basic in all aspects as far as a vehicle goes, but not for a car that has some R&D behind them. I had a steering shaft issue on my car and when I called to get it fixed they told me that it was not covered. When you read what is covered in the policy you have to read everything very carefully. My part was not covered (a steering knuckle) because it is not listed on their list of covered components. I also developed an oil leak from my oil pan. Tried to get this fixed and denied this as well. They do not cover seals unless its during an engine rebuild. Well if my motor blows then I guess they will replace then. I brought up the argument that if I do not "attempt to prevent further damage" as they state in their contract that the motor could blow. They don't seem to care about that. I have a headlight that is not tracking correctly (they turn when I turn the wheel) and of course guess what, this isn't covered either. If any of my many electrical components fail that control the car or the electronics in the car (minus alternator) they don't cover it. So why did I just waste my $2500 for this coverage that covers nothing I would need it for? Because I didn't read carefully. My fault. I just want people to understand that this company is not for any car that is well thought out and built. More for the basic car with nothing but power windows and a sunroof.

Worst company ever. Complete scam artists. They are not legit company. They lie cheat and steal your money. You will never see a dime from them. I bought a $2000 warranty for my Range…
I bought a $2000 warranty for my Range Rover and when it came time to use the warranty they declined it because I had custom wheels on it. Yet, after I was told that I called to get a quote and told the person I had aftermarket wheels and I am always told no problem. Was told numerous times they would refund me and I am still waiting on the refund. Tried to contact them through the BBB and they are not accredited and don't respond to them either. So not only did they not help fix the car they stole my money and won't call me back. BEWARE!!!!!

Do not sign up for them, the 5 star reviews are fake and written by delta auto protect. Check Yelp and bbb for the reviews, 1 star rating on Yelp and rated F on BBB. Buyer beware of this fraudulent scam known as delta auto protect.
Worst Warranty! Will not stop until they are closed
Beware! Fraudulent company! Wolf of wallstreet scam! Purchased a warranty with Dale Roberts at Delta auto protect 4/19. They took my $1326 and never heard from them again. No welcome packet or anything. I called two weeks later and got a man by the name of Jesse that was supposedly Dale Roberts assistant. He was eating Food when he was talking to me and the conversation was quite disturbing and I should’ve known right then and there how unprofessional and scammers they were. I file my first claim with them August 21, 2019 and my car has been stuck at the Toyota dealership for weeks now. The dealership can’t believe this either. Never seen anything like this. They have ignored my calls and when they do answer their phone they tell me to shut up or they hang up on me. They keep telling the dealership that it’s under review...it’s under review.... it’s under review. I finally got fed up and asked to talk to a manager by the name of Ashley Rio. She apologized and insured that she would expedite this claim as I have been told at least four times at this point. She said she would give me a courtesy call back which I never heard from her again. I finally decided to call Dale Roberts, the one that originally sold me the contract and I told him I have just been taken for all my money haven’t I? And he transferred me to claims and the person on the other end said that he would expedite the claim and then hung up on me !! I I got one agent by the name of Britney to tell me to shut up and listen to her and told me that the decision was made and that the dealership would be called that day which of course they did not. When the dealership called the next day, it’s still under review. So I have contacted an attorney, consumer protection and attorney generals office. And I will not stop until I get this company shut down once and for all.

My car broke down due to a timing chain issue 2 months after I bought their warranty and their inspector mysteriously classified it as a pre existing issue based on no evidence being shared with me. Numerous other complaints online are similar to mine. They told me there's no appeals or redressal process. I'm filling a small claims civil suit. Do not buy this worthless warranty.
Delta Auto resorted to unethical tactics to scam money. I don't trust them .
This company scammed me and keeps putting through charges after I canceled. They are highly unethical if not illegally taking money to which they are not authorized.
I canceled within 24 hours of learing the Better Business Bureau rated this company an "F" and read many other complaints on-line.
Within an hour after canceling Delta billed my credit card again for a second $500 and $1750 respectively. Next I received an erroneous email telling me how to file my claim for a damaged tire and rim which has nothing to do with me, but shows how disorganized the are.
I could go on with more details but you get the message - Steer clear of these clowns. Find a reputable company -
60 day to refund after no longer have car? In first 30 day cancel period?
Bought their product paid in full. I told him was Carvana but and i had 7 days to give back car. Was told no worries immediate refund if so. Gave car back. Called, Faxed an emailed cancel, THEY WANT 60 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFUND. Are you kidding me? Day 2 of contract, 30 day cancel for any reason. Haven't even activated contract because I did not send in Odometer picture. No longer have car. And by the way Aaron did everything but let me cancel offered discount, longer years, DUDE I DON"T HAVE A CAR TO COVER. Read BBB they are a F rating with over 250 complaints this year MOSTLY OVER NOT PAYING vendors or customers after cancellation. Read their F rating at BBB. Or their Yelp rating. Or Trust Pilot. Extended contract companies sometime get complaints because folks don't understand what they are buying. DELTA GETS COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THEY DONT PAY VENDORS AND DON'T PAY CONTRACT REFUNDS.

Worst company/ scam i have ever seen. This so called company is scamming everyone. They cover nothing when you file a complaint. This so called scam never answers their phone. When they do you are placed on hold for over 25 minutes. Please don’t make my mistake save your money look around at other companies this one is a total scam.

My dealer will no longer deal with them due to non-payment. The one dealer service center I was able to get to accept them can't get in touch with them. This is not surprising as I can't get them to return my calls. Whenever you call them, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes before you can speak with anybody and when you do, expect to be treated with rudeness and condescension. I highly suggest that you don't waste your hard-earned money with this company. They reek of dishonesty and are actively shortchanging customers and repair shops.

All five stars here are false. I know it because it is the process that I am going through now. My car is now in the dealer shop and they are not even agreeing to fix it even after a week. And before repairing, such things as used cars get all the service details. But there are no good reviews here in progress. Sweet horses are only needed to get a subscription, but it will be painful when you go ahead. The company should no longer be deceived and open to business.
Worthless Warranty
Purchased “Diamond Premier” plan in April 2016, which was their highest level of coverage. Needed a covered repair in April 2018. They accepted the claim, however only agreed to cover a fraction of the cost even though it was a fully covered repair – so I paid over $1700 out of pocket. When the repair shop attempted to get paid for the approved claim amount, they were constantly given the run around, until the repair shop eventually insisted I pay the remaining balance out of my own pocket.
At this point, I began calling Delta Auto Protect myself and talked to Aaron and Marie several times. Both of them told me that a check would be sent and received within 10 business days. This happened over 5 times. I also left voice mails and sent emails with the same run around.
Claim was submitted on April 24th, it is now July 31st, and still have not received reimbursement for my claim.
The warranty is completely worthless, as they do not pay the claims, and if they eventually do (based on complaints I’ve seen on the Better Business Bureau site) it is after the same exhausting run around that I have gone through, and only after reporting to BBB, which I am doing next.
Delta Auto Protect is a SCAM
Bought 5 year extended warranties on my 2008 Porsche Cayenne S on 7/24/2017 (ESP# 81585749) and 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 on 1/12/2018 (ESP# 81612608). In January of this year, Delta Auto Protect approved a claim for $481.12 and as of now (7 months later), they have not paid. Every time I call them they say either the check is in the mail or they will use their corporate credit card to pay the mechanic. The mechanic got tired of waiting and so I paid. I have asked Delta to cancel my contract since I can't get them to pay the invoice. They sent the cancellation notice on 5/22/2019 and 5/24/2019 for the two contracts but have not sent the cancellation payment.
Like all the other complaints here still have no check only lies from Aaron Lynch and the others at Customer Service (the others don't give their names)

This company is FRAUD FRAUD. They took my money and then did not authorize to fix my car, kept delaying . my car sat in the shop for a month waiting for authorization and now I am stuck with paying for my car. Just Unbelievable!!

Delta is Fraud
Delta happily collected my money, covered the first repair about a year later but on the second failure of a different part, I was told the repair is covered but now going on 3 months trying to get paid for the approved repair that I had to eventually pay out of pocket now trying to be reimbursed but even getting to speak to someone takes persistence and hours? Being told check is I the mail, over and over. This can not be legal?
