Can’t find drivers, this is very bad and frustrating! Place an order at 18.25 now at 20.00 can’t find a driver
I doubt this company will improve, even by chat help takes ages DO NOT USE IT ANY MORE THIS COMPANY IS MY RECOMMENDATION

Wish I could give 0 stars. I was banned after several successful claims for a refund over cold and spoilt food deliveries as is my right according to UK consumer protection law.

Avoid this scummy company at all costs. It deserves to go under.

Absolutely unacceptable.
I waited over an hour for my order, only for Domino’s to cancel it without warning. No food, no proper explanation, just wasted time and frustration.
You make customers wait, then simply delete the order like it means nothing. That’s not service — that’s disrespect.
If you can’t fulfil orders, don’t accept them in the first place.
Very poor experience. Won’t be ordering again.

Company is thieves. I place an order which i never received and they're refusing to refund me !!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting as a big company and they're refusing to refund me !!!!!!!!!!, do not use this company they are thieves!!!!!!!!!

I ordered Waitrose groceries at 7.30pm tonight. After 2 hours I rang Waitrose to see where my order was as they had said it would be 40 mins max. Waitrose told me the deliveroo rider stole my bag of groceries. Waitrose sent me my order again luckily. Deliveroo - what kind of people are you hiring???

I wish I could give it worse than 1 star. They give you a delivery time, once you click on the restaurant they give you a range for the delivery time but even the lower end is always higher than the initial announced delivery time (and the higher end is around double that). More often than not, the order comes later than that initial range. What is worse, is that you are charged a delivery and service fee, and part of the reason why your order is late is because they ask their riders to make various deliveries along the way (but the charge you the same regardless of whether they are charging other customers for the same rider).
When you try to talk to their customer service they pretend none of the above is true and do not have a process to lodge formal complaints, just do copy paste of messages that are honestly insulting to customers by pretending they’re stupid.

I ordered food for delivery from Nandos. The food never arrived. Refund was refused. Do not use, it’s a scam

Most of the time the order is damaged by the driver, wrong or had arrival ingredients not listed on the site so we end up throwing some away as there are certain things we won’t eat. The chat feature is okay but when you get refunded £3.60 for half of a £70 order that’s ruined it’s disgusting

Driver did not deliver our order ( we have cctv showing no one delivering anything) Deliveroo say they cannot refund me. How is this fair? Ive been robbed

Dreadful service. Do not use. Took 50 pounds off me, didn't deliver my groceries, and then when I contacted Customer Service, they refused to issue a refund. After a lot of battling over the course of two days, they finally agreed to issue a Deliveroo credit (which was useless to me, as nothing on earth could make me use this company again). Appalling

just a bunch of people who steal your food you pay for and then the company dont do anything about it. the WORST service ive ever used in my life, better of going to maccy ds

I am a blue light card holder, and had never used deliveroo. But it would not let me use £12 off my first order. What a load of rubbish! Wouldn't use again!

There were missing items from my online order. I contacted them about this issue and they told me that they will look into it. However, I didn't hear back from them for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, Julianne from the customer service asked me to provide photo evidence. If I can't provide it, she said my claim will be denied and closed. It's been 2 weeks and you're telling me this now! I've never experienced anything as such. Avoid!!!

Two items were completely missing and when they refunded the cost, they sent the wrong amount (4.65 instead of 5.10). They also refused to refund priority delivery cost despite the delivery being late.

They were supposed to get in touch within 48 hours about the wrong delivery. Have they? Noooooo. They simply don’t give a **** chargeback now with credit card company. Do not use!

I am disgusted in Mikhaela who claims to be a team leader. Who ended the chat while i was mid typing because she is UNABLE to deal with complaints. I received rotten fruit and she would not refund my order. The customer Service is AWFUL
