Lindor chocolate bouquet
I recently had the pleasure of ordering a chocolate bouquet from this fantastic flower company. As someone who finds it quite challenging to select presents for men, I was amazed by the extensive selection of gifts they offer. What truly caught my attention was their range of chocolate bouquets. My uncle has always been a fan of Lindor chocolates, and to my delight, this company had a beautiful bouquet featuring Lindor chocolates in an array of flavors I never even knew existed! Moreover, the chocolates themselves were divine. I had no idea Lindor offered such a diverse range of flavors, and I couldn't find these unique tastes in any local shops.
The bouquet arrived right on time, and the packaging ensured that the chocolates remained in perfect condition.
The Lindor chocolate bouquet I ordered was an absolute hit with my uncle, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I will definitely be returning to this company for future gift-giving occasions.

Planted Hyacinths
I had originally ordered 10 planted hyacinths in a basket for my mother’s birthday earlier this year. On arrival they looked lovely and as described but unfortunately they didn’t last more than a day. However, the store has to be commended in terms of how they have dealt with my complaint as they have now sent my mother a replacement set of bulbs which look beautiful and she’s really delighted. A special thank you to Maria Kovalenko for sorting this out and making the experience really painless and easy! I ordered 10 PINK BULKS HYACINTH IN RECTANGLE BASKET in April of 2023. Upon delivery, the recipient shown me a photo, more than half were white Hyacinth. I sent Email and Whatsapp messages to follow up, but got zero response. Very disappointed. More disappointedly, is the fact that there is no reply to any of the complains made.
On a small note, the bouquet also came with a small surprise, a bee came with it! The bouquet didn't last long indoor as many tiny insects were found shortly after.

Bunch of drooping weeds for £73
We ordered a bouquet advertised as "forget-me-nots" and marketed with pictures of actual Forget-Me-Nots.
We received it on the wrong day (it was a birthday delivery), and instead of the ordered forget-me-nots, we received something that looked very different from the plants marketed in the pictures. For £73, we received a bunch of nettle-like, furry weeds, with holes in the leaves, and the occasional flower. The stems and furry leaves were drooping rather unattractively after only half a day in the vase.
The plant turns out to be Green Alkanet, which is indeed considered a weed on most gardening websites.
If you are happy paying £73 for a bouquet of drooping weeds as a birthday gift, we can recommend this service.

Order #2527. Not delivered due to fault with courier and lengthy time for seller to respond and issue a refund
Update - 26/04/2023
I have now received a refund. The communication was slow from the seller and I had to contact the courier to retrieve confirmation that the order was not refused and forward on to the seller but they have issued a refund.
I placed an order on the 27/03/2023 for delivery on the 04/04/2023.
The order confirmation came with a link to 'Shop' where the detials of the order could be viewed as well as a link to the courier company to track delivery with a tracking reference. The incorrect courier was listed. The link provided was to DPD and not the courier company actually used, DHL.
On the 04/04/2023 no delivery was made or attempted and I assumed I was provided with an incorrect tracking number as it wasn't recognised with DPD.
I contacted the deliveredflowers.co.uk directly and in fairness they replied on that occasion the same day.
They said they tracked the order on DHL and it stated the delivery was refused at the shipping address provided which is incorrect.
A family member was at home when the courier company stated the order was refused. The order wasn't refused and no courier came to the property at all on the day.
I contacted deliveredflowers.co.uk and they stated I needed to contact the couriers to arrange re-delivery. They also didn't address or seem to understand the incorrect tracking link had been provided and only stated "we only use DHL".
I contacted the courier company. It took them three days to reply and then they only stated the package has been damaged and I should contact the retailer for a refund.
I have since contacted deliveredflowers.co.uk twice on the 08/04/2023 and 13/04/2023 and they have not bothered to reply.
I haven't received the order I paid for and now deliveredflowers.co.uk aren't replying to emails.
