I ordered some flowers to get delivered between 7am-11am. And the flowers didn’t arrive during that period of time. I tried to contact the store by email and phone however didn’t get a response. The tracking system informed me the flowers were delivered however that wasn’t the case. The flowers finally arrived by 16:00pm. And that was also the time I got a response from the store stating the flowers were delivered. Shortly put the customer service was very poor. The flowers themselves were gorgeous.

I've paid for same day delivery. They accepted and took the payment (even if I've placed the order at 1.00pm).
Delivery happened only 2 days later with no refunds on the extra I've paid. Not very serious

Wedding flowers arrived an hour and a half after chosen time slot when the ceremony had already started and no one was home.
Very expensive flowers for what had arrived.
Customer service - not helpful at all, they don’t answer their phone, different addresses shown.
I can see it’s not the first time - they should really get carriers who are more reliable like dpd and do guaranteed delivery. Very clever with it as they take your money.
Avoid.

I ordered some flowers to cheer up a friend who’s been going through a rough patch, and she was so moved. She sent me a photo and they looked gorgeous – colourful, fresh, and not squashed like some deliveries can be. It’s so nice to know I can trust a service like this to get it right when it matters. Also, big shoutout to the delivery driver who called when he couldn't find the flat – very polite and professional

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with “Luxe Flowers Delivered”. We ordered our wedding bouquet with time-specific delivery (£20+ extra fee) between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the day of our celebration. Not only was nothing delivered during that time, but no one from their team responded to our multiple calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails on the day – a complete communication failure.

They claim delivery was attempted at 8:12 AM, but we were home the entire time, with a working intercom that was never rung. There was no notification, no photo, no call, and no parcel when we returned. A vague call came after 7 PM, far past the window, by which time we had already left for our wedding hotel.

In the end, we had no bouquet for our wedding and had to arrange a last-minute alternative late in the evening — a stressful and heartbreaking experience.

Despite providing clear evidence that nothing was received, they refused a refund, insisting the bouquet was left “at the door” — which is not only irresponsible for a perishable item but false, as there was nothing left behind.

They showed no empathy or accountability for a failed time-sensitive delivery that caused stress on our wedding day.

If your order is time-critical or emotionally important in any way, do not trust this company.

I paid for special day delivery on a specific date but they didn't delivery on that day and the order was placed with a week before
