Flat sale
I have used Delaney's for over 15 years and they were my choice to sell my property. Nicola handled the sale and she was very professional throughout the process. She was also very helpful in chasing up the other party and keeping me updating all throughout tue process. Communication is very key during a house sale and this was maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend Delaney's as they put their customers at the heart of their business.

Friendly expert advice from Nicola Smith throughout the transaction. I first viewed the property at the beginning of October and exchanged contracts in mid December. The process of purchasing the property went smoothly.

Very supportive, caring and professional
We recently went through the process of buying our first home, and although the purchase ultimately didn’t go through due to issues on the buyer’s side, we cannot praise Nicola and the Delaneys team enough. Delaneys where can I start?
Delaneys where can I start? The amount of support and guidance that Nichola gave us was invaluable! She was always with us throughout the process always available to help in any way she could and if not for her we probably wouldn’t have got everything done in time to be in our new home. Along with all of this she even arranged a new home hamper for me and my wife which we adored! Nichola will always be remembered by me and my wife and we cannot thank her enough for everything that she’s done for us!
