Degiro is good in trading but miserable…
Degiro is good in trading but miserable in credit dividends or cash distribution.
They deduct tax on tax free products and do not bother to reply if you complain.
My highlight is that a dividend for Ambev was booked payable is 2027.
No good for returns , option , crypto or any advanced products be aware

Straightforward & helpful customer service
When I changed my mobile phone recently, the 2 Factor Authentication to access my Degiro account stopped working. I called Degiro's helpline expecting to be left on hold for ages or else directed through a labyrinth of automated options but no - within only 4 rings my call was answered by an actual human! And this human sorted out my problem with no drama! For someone who has grown used to terrible customer service from everyone from banks to utility providers, this was as welcome as it was unexpected. Well done & please don't change!
