Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the delivery timeframe.
Your order (#6000001727) was placed on April 8th at 7:35 PM (our local time in Bulgaria). Our logistics team processed and shipped your order the very next morning, on April 9th. An automatic email confirmation with your DHL tracking number was also sent at that time.
Our standard order processing time is up to 5 business days, followed by an estimated shipping time of up to 5 business days, as stated in our policy. In your case, your order was dispatched in less than one business day, which means we could not have physically shipped your order any faster than we did.
Unfortunately, the shipment was held in customs between April 10th and April 14th due to the Easter holiday period in our country, including non-working days on April 10th and April 13th. Delays related to customs processing and national holidays are outside of our control.
According to the latest tracking information, your package is currently in transit and should be delivered within the next couple of days.
We understand that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating, especially when international shipping is involved. Please rest assured that we processed and shipped your order as quickly as possible and did everything within our power to ensure a timely delivery.

I bought Vibro-Ep Red for my hi-end speakers. I compare with my Isoacoustics Gaia III and it have the same influence. Because of the price which is a quarter from Gaia III, I highly recommend it. Delivery was really fast as well! I also tried it under a refrigerator which used to make same vibration noise and it became really silent in transmission of the vibrations in the floor. Guaranteed, I will repurchase from Decibel Shop in the future. Thanks!

Technical expertise is essential when implementing any project. I contacted Decibel Romania to support one of our clients, a university, in improving the acoustic performance of several rooms by reducing echo and enhancing overall sound comfort for students.

Acoustic textile panel at a dedicated home cinema room.
I selected decibel.shop for reconstruction of my dedicated home cinema room. I used the textile acoustic panels and extra rolls of acoustic textiles. The whole project took almost 6 months to finish due to complicated measurements (dedicated soundproofed room) and many kind of technicians involved (upholsterer etc). Everything went smoothly. Decibel.shop representative is very friendly and very supportive. First of all, he provided me a full floor plan with detailed info about the panels. Everything was packed and shipped very carefully and quickly. The result was excellent . The quality of the foam panels is excellent , I received exactly what I ordered. The installation of the panels was very easy (using Velcro) due to correct and precise cut of the panels based on the floor plan. I would recommend decibel.shop for their quality, knowledge and support in every step of the project.

Decibel was a great option to reduce floor vibrations in a residential apartment. While the vibrations still continued, Alex Gogoladze thoroughly troubleshooted to find the best solution! I really appreciate his focus on the issue.

Great companies still exist
Despite my order was very small, the attention, personal approach and the service quality I received were unbelievable. The company were able to adjust and provide a suitable delivery to Canary islands, so I could get the products I needed that were not available in Spain. I highly recommend the shop.
